Super happy with the performance of this drill bit, I've used a few of the 7X bits and other than the blue paint rubbing off immediately I don't have a bad thing to say about them.I've not tested this against concrete or rebar yet but it makes drilling through the side of my house a breeze. It's just the right diameter for running CAT6 cables through walls and it also serves as a decent pilot bit before throwing a 22mm bit through (it's much easier to cover up an 8mm hole than a 22mm one if you miss the mark on the other side!)Compared to 'ordinary' SDS masonry bits, the 7X is a beast and tends not to wander at the beginning of the hole.

Use these everyday fitting blinds, far out lasts all the other bits I've used and produce a perfect hole every time.....well worth the little bit extra in price compared to the cheaper alternatives.

Best drill to use on solid concrete. Drilled like normal masonry bit.

The best drills in this price. Sometimes you drill and you spot iron/ijzer in the beton and the drill is not curshing
I thought I was ordering 7 of these drill bits as that is what the item description indicates. Oh no. You only get 1. The "7X" in the description apparently is some great new drilling technology. Can't comment on the product itself as I've yet to use it.
Top of the range SDS Plus drills with 4-cutter carbide heads.Will punch clean holes through anything from natural stone to reinforced concrete.Much tougher than many other SDS Plus drills and will outlast most of them.Not cheap but worth every penny - another case of 'you get what you pay for'.
