Brilliant little machine which allows you to make and enjoy Barrister quality coffee in the comfort of your own home. With so many options and choices you can always find the right coffee for you and then store the details to use over and over again. So easy to use and great coffee every time. It's possibly a little expensive to purchase the machine but the upside is that after only a few months we have already saved a lot of money by not using coffee shops and making our own which truly tastes just as good if not better than the pros! I can only highly recommend this brilliant machine to anyone thinking of having a "real" coffee maker in their home and give it a 5 star rating.

This is a great product and worth it if you live good coffee however a simply part of the build should have been the WiFi and this is where it is let down. The product only connects via 2.4ghz WiFi which is become more and more dated and if you have a WiFi 5 or 6 or 6e router you will not be able to connect. Also it only connect via a WPS button which means you cannot manually force the connection. Shame and what's more the Bosch serie 8 oven has none of these problems.

we brought this built in coffee machine as a gift to ourselves when we redid the kitchen. What a mistake , it should have been the first item we brought ! Have had it for some months now , its so easy to use , and clean . It even tells you which cleaning regime it requires, and with little input from us cleans itself ! My only complaint is the wife can order it to make her favourite over WiFi, and I have become her gofer to fetch it to her ! Can throughly recommend this machine , it makes great coffee reliably

This is the second built in coffee maker I’ve owned. The first was a Neff that lasted almost 10 years. The Bosch machine makes good coffee and is fully automatic. It’s a marvellous piece of engineering.The Home Connect is less useful that I had hoped while you can remotely start the machine this in practise doesn’t help. You need both the cup and the milk container ready to go. If the machine wasn’t already on then it will rinse itself and that will be ejected into your waiting cup. The milk container is a insulated but has no cooler so it can’t be left in the machine more than a day.I can’t respond to other reviews directly but I will clear up something that another reviewer said here. When the machine complains about the drip tray not being inserted properly it is probably nothing to do with the drip tray but the coffee grind hopper that slots into it. The magnet that the machine senses to ensure it’s all in place correctly is in that hopper. If it is not seated properly the machine will give you a message about the drip trays. Push the coffee grind hopper firmly into its slot in the drip tray and all those problems go away.The machine is also designed to make it relatively easy to clean. The trays and grind hopper pull out easily. But so does the coffee grinding unit. It’s worth pulling it out and rinsing it off each week.I hope this lasts as long as my old one did.I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who loves coffee
I owned a Neff fully auto coffee machine for 12 years until it gave up on me. I've been in the coffee industry for many years and was apprehensive about a fully auto that delivered milk drinks as well as espresso's. Reluctantly I purchased a Series8 but now know I was wrong to doubt it. It is fabulous. One or two teething problems but since then I couldn't be more pleased.
This machine ticked all the boxes for us; fresh ground coffee at the touch of a button when you wake up is great!! It fitted nicely into our stack of kitchen appliances, easy to install and connected to the home WiFi without any hassle. One of our daughters has also tried the cappuccino, had a perfect one! All good so far!!
I bought this for my husband. It was a combination of 60th and crimbo. His last intergrated coffee machine had given up the ghost and parts could not be obtained. He is absolutely over the moon with what this clever machine can do. He has now turned into a barista. Easy to fit. Absolutely amazing. I recommend
Just ticked over 18 months old and it has given up the ghost. No matter, it's a Bosch product so I should be well supported... apparently not, 4 visits and 6 weeks later we still do not have a working machine. The "engineer" has got to the point that has questioning the quality of our Supermarket supplied semi skimmed milk. My advice would be, no matter how pretty this and how good a cup it may deliver initially to steer clear. It is an expensive paper weight, with inferior service support. Stick to a freestanding for a smidge of the cost.
I have had the coffee machine for 2 years now and from day 1 I have been really disappointed with it. I do not drink black coffee only milky coffees like Lattes and Cappuccinos, so the sole purpose of buying this machine was to have a machine that did all of this at the press of a button. However, all you get is a luke warm drink. I had a Bosch engineer come out to look at the issue and I was advised that the machine is designed to not make hot Milky beverages and there is no option to increase the temperature in any settings. so every drink has to be Microwaved after being made. I asked the engineer to report back and request a firmware update that made the temperature of the milk to be adjustable like it is with the Coffee, but 2 years later I am still waiting. ... MoreI have had the coffee machine for 2 years now and from day 1 I have been really disappointed with it.
