Superb, have not had a better tasting steak from a restaurant since using this hob, always perfect cooking results especially as i opted to also purchase the large griddle plate, i can cook 3 - 4 fillets at a time that taste perfect every single time, even it cheap supermarket meats.very flexible hob pan sizes and the rapid heat is just brilliant. I now insist that i cook all steaks myself, wife happier because shes not always having to cook :-)

These tops cook fast but quality of Bosch not that good. Issues with sensors. The on off failed and needed entire new master control board at cost of over $500. Issues with other applications . Outside the few year warranty so not covered.

This was a replacment hob from another brand and I wasn't sure about investing the time to learn another set of controls. Need not have worred as I have found it very intuative to use and am happy with our choice. Would recommend

The user manual gives you indications on what heat level to use for the type of food you're trying to cook, but how was I supposed to cook without reading the manual every 5 minutes? Well, the "Assist" function is genious!! It's like having a manual you don't need to read, at your fingertips :) You simply select the type of food you want to cook and that's it. In addition to my love for the "Assist" function, the food doesn't burn! You can overdo it, yes, but I haven't manage to burn anything yet :) And after I bought the Perfect Cook sensor, boiling food doesn't spill! Pros: Clear surface is easy to clean.Clever technology makes it easy to do whatever cooking functions.Flexible use of surface.Cons: Expensive at the moment as it is a new model.To make the most of the technology you do need to read the manual, however all the basic uses are straightforward.
After ample consideration and research, I decided for this hob. Excellent choice! cooking is so much fun, the fry sensor and cooking sensor functions are making life so much easier! I would absolutely recommend this hob
