Love the three different size plates. Heats quickly, only had for a few weeks but no issues so far and adjusted quickly to using the new cooktop.
Happy with the Cooktop but it operates a little unconventionally which I wasn't aware of when I bought it.Unlike electric cooktops that provide a consistent heat at the different temperature levels, this one goes full-on then goes off, with the gap varying to provide temperature differences. It works ok but is unusual. Part of this involves quite a bit of stored heat in the hotplate that levels out the temp over the troughs and peaks. This means it takes a minute or two to hit full temp AND it will continue to cook for 5-10 minutes after you switch it off.It you are used to gas you won't like this.Next upgrade will be to induction ....
Nice stylish cooktop that works how youd expect , lets you know with a red light which plate is still hot afterwards so you dont accidentally burn yourself. Overall a good cooktop but what do you expect from Bosch , Ive owned washing machines and an oven and never had one single problem.
Purchased this last month and so far so good. It looks great installed and works well. Temperature controls are easy to use and true to the setting. Good design having the large hob at the back. Easy to clean with just a wipe down. I would recommend to others. I am 80 yrs old and it is easy to use unlike to new touch control ones.
This cooktop has easy operation, better than our previous cooktop. The instant heat is a real winner for chicken dinner!
Havice switched from gas due the rip off cost, Iover all find it quicker to heat with more efficiency over all. This makes it more economical in the long term. Great product good value. I would not opt for the induction unit, but that is choice only
I wanted to buy the latest model as parts will be easier to get later. The elements heat up quickly and the hob looks modern. Have only had this installed a couple of weeks but am happy with my purchase so far. Hopefully they wont change the dimensions again as the bench has to be cut out if they do.
