Compared to our other oven, the controls on this oven are a simple joy although one does have to become familiar with the range of symbols used for different cooking methods. Have not had a need for the cleaning function yet so cannot comment.

A great oven, once you are used to it. There is no backlight, so it is difficult to see the settings against the Black background. You direct light or a touch to see the actual setting. It is a great oven works very well. Suggest you add a backlight to the dial settings. Thanks

The speed with which the oven heats up on the Rapid heating setting is remarkable - really only used that and the 3D hot air settings, but loving the cooking results! Finding it so easy to use

Great product, and paid for installation.I was not aware that there could be extra installation costs which took the edge of the whole deal just a little. Maybe this could be explained when purchasing that this could happen. Installers were great.
This BOSCH oven is an updated version of my old BOSCH oven that has been running perfectly for over 15 years. It's super easy to use and we're having a great time roasting, baking and heating up frozen food.
Buying quality product does not fail you and Bosch for me is the brand I trust over many others. This oven is a dream, heatup very fast, simple to use, pyrolitic program to clean, is safe to use around children. overall very satisfied
I was after the series 6 Bosch oven, but due to stock issues I chose the series 4. Very good oven, quiet and heats up quickly. One thing that would have made this oven perfect is some sort of chime for when the oven has reached the desired temperature that I have set. It does have an indicator on the display, but you need to keep checking it, a chime would have been perfect. Great sized cavity and easy to use.
Very happy thus far with the oven. Many features that were new to me so I had to rely on the manual. Although the manual shows each icon and its use, I don't feel the manual is clear enough about how to use each feature. For example I used the oven feature and put the temp at 180, I then waited for the beep when it reached temperature. After waiting some time and reading the manual again I rang the Bosch helpline ( which is very helpful) and was told when the temp is chosen a small thermometer shows next to the time and goes out when temp is reached. I had turned away therefore missed the red light. Other than the manual I do love its sleek lines and pyrolytic cleaning.
Great oven. Very silent and quick to get to the termpersture.I wish I could see the temperature it is at, rather than just the red icon.I still havent tried the pyroleyix, as it si quite new. I like the idea you can pull the glasses apart to clean them in between.
Yet to test all features but happy so far.Heats up quickly. Instructions easy to follow. The panel is hard to read though when selecting desired heat because the decals are black on black which is annoying.
