Noise canceling works great. Not 100% but huge difference. Got the Bose because it can connect simultaneously with two devices (ie Zoom call on the laptop but will answer calls on the phone without having to switch). Transition isn't flawless but generally works like other Bluetooth devices. There are times when you have to use the app to switch devices.Note that the battery is supposed to last up to 20 hours but so far a full charge can only get me up to 16 (haven't tested but Bose's indicator is in hours, not percentage). Also it is completely unusable while charging - completely no audio, no changing settings with the app.

Amazing headphones at a great price

I've always wanted a pair of these Bose headphones for commutes on the tube, but couldn't justify spending £200+ on them. I've bought from Cex once before and was really pleased with the quality. These headphones are exactly what I wanted (at a fraction of the price). Great sound quality and noise cancellation - comfy to wear and not too large looking on my rather small head. You can skip tracks, pause and play on the right-hand side which is ideal too. Highly recommend.

An amazing deal for a superb pair of headphones

I bought this as a gift for myself for Christmas and WOW! It came with its original packaging and in mint condition, despite being 50% leas than it's retail price. Its been 2 weeks and this is the best kind of headphones to use on the go, traveling in planes with its top notch ANC. Comes with a cable too to connect without bluetooth. Buying with Cex continues to be a pleasant experience.

Excellent bit of kit for work and play!

I purchased these for the office since Bose products work exceptionally well for such tasks. The Bluetooth pairing is almost instantaneous and the audio / microphone quality is second to none.A mental bargain for an item which is as good as new.Super fast delivery. Great noise cancellation headphones 15hrs battery

I bought this last week because I live in a noisy house and I need to isolate in order to work. The Bose 700 is exactly what I needed, it worked straight out of the sleeve it comes in, and an app from Bose allows you to customize the great touch functionality on its Right earphone (tap twice to stop / start - forward or backward for previous / next track - up or down for volume). It is hardy and durable, I even caught myself wearing it in the rain (although I wiped it straight away). It is so comfortable I had forgotten I had them on. Bonus: the noise cancellation works even if you don't listen to anything ... (useful for work). Of course your ears get sore / warm after prolonged use but not before 3 or 4 hours. Great buy!

MAKES LIFE WORTH LIVING! I listened to these headphones in a store and BOUGHT THEM BEFORE I WALKED OUT!! They BLEW AWAY my very good, older set of BOSE headphones!!! Not only do my CD's sound GREAT, but 4k MOVIES and CABLE TV FILMS simply BLOW ME AWAY!!!!! You can listen to shows and music AT HI VOLUME, in the middle of the night, or tune out the kids (and your mother-in-law) during the day. Get a pair, with a fine wireless BlueRay Transmitter/Receiver, and you are good to go. The headphones will be EXCELLENT AT ANY PRICE, but a quality transmitter/receiver is what I needed to fully enjoy the experience.

Noise cancellation is great

When you cycle through the different levels of noise cancellation you really notice how effective it is, especially in the gym when I don't want to listen to pop music. Came in great condition but with no aux cable.Struggling to get it set up with my phones google voice assistant and every time I connect to my phone it keeps warning me there's only 10% battery left, which is false. This may be my phone that is the issue rather than the headphones though.

VERY POOR CONDITION

I bought this item about 3 weeks ago. they had nothing to do with condition class B. Battery was running out very fast, headphones were dirty inside and outside when i bought them. ear covers were cracked and damaged. When i took them to the shop, CEX team didn't wanted to do the refund in the first place but i explained that i bought them two weeks before going to make trade off and they couldn't believe it. Kingston CeX team helped a lot, very professional client care. Thanks

Very happy

Had this for about a month, and I'm really happy with the 700s as headphones! The ANC was probably the biggest factor in buying these but they also sound really good - not too bass heavy. App doesn't have great EQ but you can get 3rd party EQ apps so they'll do.Surprisingly in great condition! It looks almost new apart from one of the cables not having a plastic bag and the case having a very slight blemish.The headphones themselves are working as perfectly but they've been used to the point where they have a 16.5 hour max battery life down from 20 hours. That's pretty much expected as they're second hand but the previous owner looked after them really well so for the price, it's worth it imo
