Unfortunately didn't make a difference to my terrible baby sleeper. Rolled on his feet religiously for a couple of weeks before bedtime, but didn't notice any improvement. Would love for it to work if anyone has advice for babies...

A beautiful blend of essential oils that help prepare for drifting off to sleep. Don’t worry about the size of the container; a little goes a long way and the roller dispenses the oil very easily and evenly. I will buy again, and am considering some of the other scents in the range too.

This is definitely a lovely scent however it doesn’t last long at all. Tried rolling it onto my pillow hoping it would last the night but it doesn’t. Used it on my skin too and it doesn’t last there either. Way too expensive for such a little amount. Will invest in lavender oil instead next time.
Bought them for my sister as she’s suffering insomnia
I really love the calming scent. It helps me to sleep better.
