This smells great and a nice changed for the Boss Bottled line. This uses fig to give a dry, earthy, very interesring scent. In the dry down, I get a softer mix of leather, woods, fig, and powdery iris. It's very wearable and perfect for colder weather or rainy days or any evening occasion. This has nothing in common with any other Boss Bottled release as this drops the apple feel for more woody type vibe. The projection is decent, it's not a room filler but that makes it all the more wearable during the day. The longevity is awesome lasting a good 8 hours even if it's not projecting that hard but sitting within a nice scent bubble. I highly recommend getting your nose on this one.

Once you have applied makeup over this moisturizer, does the sun protection still apply According to dermatologists, you need to apply sun screen lotion or cream under the moisturizer for a good effect. Heavy or even light perfume scented moisturizers are a real turn off for me. I like the scent, the fact that the moisturizer does leave my skin feeling smooth. I did inadvertently get a small amount into my eye, and even though I rinsed it thoroughly with water several times, it did leave an irritating feeling for 30 minutes or so. The next day my eyes were fine. Classic

My husband always has Hugo Boss in the bathroom cabinet- the bit of space he has! He also has another favourite but this is one he always lets me know if it's running low. It's classy and smells gorgeous on him. Great for everyday use too as well as special occasions. Got a great price with John Lewis but it's good value even at full price. I can understand why Thor loves it too! I love my husband even more when he has this on.

Good product.

I did consider giving this product 5 stars, but the only reason I haven't is that the fragrance does not seem to be very strong or more accurately, does not seem to last that long. I have the After Shave splash and that having the same scent does seem stronger than this. Previously I used Hugo Boss Balderesinni which smelt pretty similar and as it is no longer made changed to this. However, as I said, the scent is not that strong and certainly does not have the staying power of "Balderesinni". It's still a good scent though.

Gorgeous Boss bottle version

My partner has worn many variations of Hugo Boss over the years and I think this one is the nicest yet.He's always complained that he's never been able to match a ltd edition HB in the dark blue round bottle from about 15 years ago, but this one is now his favourite.It's a lovely citrus top note with a woody lower note that makes it more masculine.It's light & fresh, perfect for day and night wear.I bought this in a Boots Advantage card event and got the 100ml for a lower price than the 50ml so it was an absolute bargain!

Too safe of a choice to a point where you can notice this scent on other people and for some considered boring. The opening is very bright and citrusy it can be off putting for some people but ive grown to love it after a few days of wearing. The drydown is straight up incredible. Hugo Boss Bottled Grey 50Ml Aftershave

The description mentions This fragrance combines an exhilarating boost of cardamom and lemon zest with fresh aromatic notes of lavender, mint and vetiver which sounds like a nice scent, but Im not really picking up on any of those things I had to google what vetiver is. Spoiler alert its a grass. Im far from a perfume expert, but this one smells like a generic mens cologne. It doesnt have that musty smell or offensively strong odor that cheap cologne has, but if someone poured out my bottle and filled it with another 60 a bottle cologne, I doubt that Id notice. None of this is saying that it is a bad product it smells good and the scent lasts a long time. And again, Im not claiming to be any sort of master of smells.

One of the best 2020 releases from Hugo Boss!

I really like this version of the Boss Bottled line. It's not ground breaking but it's a solid release! I find this one more of a modern and mature version to the original. Gone is that apple pie vibe. In the opening I get the apple and black pepper. Don't get much bergamot in the opening, but it's there in the background. As it starts to dry down the chestnut and cardamom comes out. I don't get any cinnamon with this one. When it becomes closer to my skin I do get some of the original DNA mixed with the musk and vetiver. Performance is pretty decent! I get 8 to 9 hours on my skin with a couple of hours of projection! This flanker from the Boss Bottled line is a fresher and lighter take to the original. In the opening I get the citruses, apple and ginger. As it starts to dry down the clove, geranium and some cinnamon become more noticeable. I don't get any vetiver with this one. What I do get is the woody notes when it becomes closer to my skin. I really like this one, but unfortunately performance is below average. I only get 4 to 5 hours on my skin with 20 mins of projection.
