I always had my doubts about crossovers but now I'm a true believer this is a must to have for clean and crisp sound to your system. This crossover will bring the life your looking for to your speakers. If your looking for that surround sound like me this is it. Very satisfied w the sound I have now.
HAD THE BX45 WHICH GAVE ME GREAT SERVICE FOR OVER A YEAR. DECIDED TO UPGRADE THE SYSTEM AND WENT FOR THE BX55. CANT FIND ANYTHNG WRONG WITH IT AS YET AND I'VE BEEN PUTTING IT THROUGH THE PACES. WILL UPDATE AFTER A MONTH OR SO. GREAT VALUE SO FAR..
Works well and as intended. I love the bandpass crossover it has. Keeps all the speaker ranges in perfect check and provides a strong signal to the amps.
This solved do many issues for my ears. I have bout 1200 watts to my mids and highs. Another 1000 to my sub. This thing does it's job perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase. Fingers crossed it doesn't go out. I will surely cry. And then buy another one cuz at this price I'm not faffing around.
It is working perfectly. My only issue is that the blue LED on the bass control module is BRIGHT! I think I'm going to paint it with something that will kill 99% of the light.
I am only using it for a subwoofer(s) at the moment, BUT, i like it! I like to boost the low end, and tis does it, thought i needed more power, but i didnt, i needed this. I would recommend to a friend. (in use for a few weeks now) ...4.5 stars...
Easy setup. Made a big difference adding a little juice inline to the amps and of course the crossover functionality worked well too. I'm sure there are better out there but this made the difference in my setup.
