Advertised clearly as regular fit. On arrival clearly labelled as slim fit now I’m lumbered with having to pay for return and the cost of posting to me. I would not have purchased if advertised correctly

Product description regular size actual on label slim need to size up. Returns and shipping cost incurred for badly described product. Have purchased from elsewhere and would not recommend, House of Fraser due to delivery and rerun costs.
Really lovely top, the material is super soft. I would say they come up smaller than average the 2XL Measures 22.5 across arm pit to arm pit. The natural colour is like a soft grey. Really pleased hope to get more colours.
I ordered this product, the money was taken almost immediately, unfortunately it was a slim fit which didn’t fit so needed to return and have been fighting for over nearly 2 weeks to make contact to arrange a return and once I did there was a charge of £3.99 for the privilege! Not impressed!!
I bought this a few weeks ago came very fast and is very good quality.
Arrived with security tag still attached. Had to go to shop in meadowhall to get it removed! I think this defeats the object of ordering on-line! So you pay for delivery and you still have to go to the shop bit of a scam don't you think !
