I love my bosu ball! There are so many workouts you can do with it, especially because you can use it on either side. It's better than normal bodyweight exercises because it gives you a better range of motion and makes you stabilize against the motions from the ball portion. Even just standing or kneeling on it while you do other things can be useful because it makes you engage your muscles! And it actually stays inflated, unlike most yoga balls I've had

I got a Bosu balance trainer recently, and am so excited for the exercises I'm doing on it to improve balance, stability, and strength- especially leading into ski season! It can easily be set aside upright/leaning against a wall for storage, or you can leave it on the ground longer term if you have space. I downloaded the printable sheet of exercises when I got this, and have it printed out for inspiration. You can do most regular floor/standing exercises on the bosu, which adds a serious challenge component for stability and balance. Love that I can use it at home and not just at the gym now!

LOVE IT SO MUCH ITS THE ONLY WORKOUT EQUIPMENT I ACTUALLY NEED ON A DAILY BASIS!!!! Can't recommend investing in one of these enough! I use this to mostly focus on my core and thighs/booty, and it's literally all I need. I'm past the needing to lose weight part of my journey, and am in the toning portion of life. This baby has been my best friend and helps me focus on those hard to work areas that can't be worked through normal means. The only thing I hate is the price price PRICE! My physiotherapist recommended this item to help with post-therapy exercise after experiencinglow back problems. It is easy to inflate with the supplied hand pump and very portable.It is helping me greatly with my functional stability exercises.

I LOVE My New BOSU!!

My BOSU is GREAT!! I try to use it every day, as it gives me endless possibilities for ab work, whether I am doing planks, sit ups, leg lifts, side leg lifts, push ups, burpees, squats, etc. I tried an imitation product & it SUCKED, as the surface area was much too small at just 50 cm. Before my purchase, I had never used a BOSU before, and now the BOSU is my most-frequently-used exercise equipment, along with my dumbbells. I appreciate that the BOSU manual available for download also provides specific instructions for the proper level of inflation (8.5" height with the dome side down), and that the BOSU web site and Instagram page provide a myriad of additional exercise ideas / options.

Worth every penny!

I will be doing PT for the rest of my life to address a hip impingement due to congenital hip dysplasia. One of the most stupendous pieces of equipment to address strength and balance is the Bosu Ball. And although I bought it for my hips, I'm now incorporating it into my total body workouts, thanks to the supporting documents with exercise suggestions. The ball is sturdy, extremely easy to inflate, and I trust the Bosu name since every gym and PT I've ever worked at has used it. Walmart had the best price around and it come within 24 hours.
