I haven't found yet ways to solve the issue of the treadmill shutting down, rebooting, and then working out. Sometimes, the treadmill shuts down 2 or 3 times before it will run the full workout time, which is about 30 minutes for me.

Very Sturdy design, my wife and I enjoy the virtual coach, adaptive workouts, and scenic options to view during the workout. I think next time I would pay extra for assembly. The instructions are very simple to follow, however the holes for screws didn't perfectly line up, and even when keeping every screw loose before tightening, I was still have difficulty. I was worried that I was going to strip the screw or the hole to insert the screw. There were about six screws that were very difficult and frustrating to insert. After a grueling 4 hours I was able to insert all of the screws without stripping them and tighten them accordingly. The company was advised by NFM that the treadmill would be "professionally" installed on the second floor of my home. I was not advised that any of these products could not be brought up my staircase. NFM attempted to escalate to a manager at CRST, and they still declined to deliver and install the product. The NFM customer service rep filed a property damage claim with CRST, and advised me that it would be 24-48 hour before I would hear something from them. This was on 10/3, and it is now 10/8. Quite honestly, I did not expect anything less from them. Hopefully they call soon, so that this can be resolved, and I can be done with both companies altogether. I am closing out my NFM credit card, and I will never shop there again.

Where do I begin....The treadmill by itself is really nice, HOWEVER, you can't really review the treadmill by itself since you MUST use the screen to begin walking /running. In other words you can't just click the start button, or the speed controls to start a workout. It seems that the Jrny app is supposed to be comprehensive for your Bowflex gym (which I have mostly), but it doesn't support some older models like my Max Trainer M7 - maybe a little effort here would go a long way since there is a very good M7 app. Having less apps is nice and this would be good if Bowflex/Nautilus can support, at a basic level, the other Bowflex apps that are out there for their equipment (like older Max Trainers).Jrny app usage on the treadmill itself: This is pretty good and is what I'm expecting on the Android app as well. It at least adds up your time for the week, calories burned for the week and if you met your goals. Now, the goals are pretty basic and you only setup two: workouts per week and minutes per workout. It looks like only 30 minutes max allowed per workout - so you'll hit that easily.Workouts on the Jrny app: My wife and I haven't been through too many different ones yet, but, I'm pleased with what I've seen. The updates actually bricked this treadmill to where all i can do is see a jrny screen cannot even use it in a manual mode. 3 calls with average wait times of 45 minutes and still just a 300lb waste of space.
