As a beginner weightlifter and strength trainer, I struggled to find the right creatine for me. I was clueless. After some time, however, I thought of Nick Bare and BPN. I did some research on his product, listened to his pitch, and immediately bought the product after. Through my beginning journey in the weight room this creatine has done an incredible job in helping with my strength goals. It has also helped my quality of lifts. My body feels bigger and stronger, a sign that this product is doing its job. Overall, this creatine does an incredible job for weightlifters and has an incredible value with over 60 servings for a very cheap price! I am very satisfied with this product. I will be repurchasing in the near future!

I've taken this creatine for two weeks (one loading, one regular), and it seems effective. I feel like I have more endurance during strength workouts, and my muscles appear bigger because of more water being stored in them. The powder doesn't dissolve very well in water, but this wasn't a big deal for me. I think other reviews have said this, but the spoon is weirdly long for the container, which in my case caused the seal to break during shipping (since the spoon was pushing up against the lid), so the inside of the package was a bit powdery when it arrived. I'll be ordering again.

I have been taking the Creatine for the past couple of weeks. I can’t speak to the long-term results of using the product, but I have liked it so far. I have made sure to drink plenty of water since starting to take the Creatine and have noticed very little water-retention.The product mixes very well with water and does not leave a gritty taste. I like that BPN does third-party testing to ensure the quality of their products. Will be purchasing this again once my current container runs out.

This creatine is pure, it has no flavor and mixes very well with room temperature water. It can be taken before a workout, but noticed better results if only slightly, taking it in the middle of my workout or towards the end.I tried Muscle Tech creatine before and it was terrible and made me feel like crap. This stuff has no bad side effects. I did not do the loading, just took1- 5 gram scoop everyday.
Non soluble, which is normal. I mix mine with strong reds, electrolytes, intraflight or vegan protein, and as long as you keep shaking between sips you don’t even notice. Competitively priced. It is statically charged, which apparently can be normal. Started taking for better sleep and cognitive clarity. Had previously used other creatine for bulking, years ago. Standing by for results

Absolutely a great product, wanted to try BPN a long time finally decided given I’m training for upcoming race events such as 5k 18milers etc and eventually get back in marathons. Since receiving the GM1 sport, creatine, electrolytes, endo pump, flight, infra flight and whey proteins in vanilla and key lime pie all of which taste great. Not to mention peak sleep. Noticeable muscle size increase and faster muscle recovery noticed now that I have been taking this for 3 weeks. Not as sore after harder work outs. Don’t like how it seems a gram or so always sinks to the bottom of the cup even after stirring intensely. Usually have to refill the cup with water a couple times to get the last gram out of the bottom. What’s up with that? Happy with the results, seems hard to mix up and makes me leery of my actual consumed content when put in blended shakes or smoothies.
Creatine, even micronized, is notorious for not dissolving well. However, this creatine dissolves the best out of the few other brands that I’ve tried— even in cold water! It dissolves even better in warm/room temp but I’m very pleased with its solubility. I have only been using for 14 days so far, did not do a loading phase, so it’ll be about another 14 days before my muscles are completely saturated, I can’t speak much on the benefits, but I have definitely noticed a lot more power output and some extra strength. Excited to keep supplementing!
The quality of this products are top notch and clean. Taste of the pre workout is amazing. I was able to stay focus and stay longer on my workouts. No crushes at all. Im glad this company offer APO shipping and military discount. Definitely one of the cleanest and best pre workout I ever used. Lastly, shipping was fast. Definitely will purchase again.
I started taking BNP creatine on 6/21/23 and did not “load” at all. Took the recommended 5 grams per day every day since. While I did notice a difference in my athletic performance, I am disappointed to discover that there are definitely not 60 servings in my container. I am almost out, probably another week’s worth at best, when this should have lasted me until 8/21/23. I am very reluctant to repurchase because of the shortage of product that was shipped. :-(Also, it does not dissolve well at all in water so need to constantly stir/shake while drinking and refill my water cup several times to get out all the last grains that are left behind. I could get past that if the right amount of creatine was sent.
