I’ve been using Bragg products and this Nutritional Yeast for a very, very long time. There are other companies that make this, but Bragg is the gold standard and the only one I will use and the only one I would recommend- and I know many others agree. It’s a great source of protein, dairy- free and provides great taste and nutrition when added to recipes. You can add to soups, spreads, pasts, vegetables, dips, popcorn, salads and more. It’s “cheesy” without the dairy. I use it like a topping in place of cheese for added protein fiber and serious vitamins. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AND ALL BRAGG! Especially the apple cider vinegar and liquid amino acids.

I've not a vegan; but, I am most interested in eating healthy products. I watched a Dr. Oz program where cashew nut butter was combined with nutritional yeast flakes to make a yummy (per Dr. oz who tried the concoction) cheese ball. Curious, I went exploring to find out about Nutritional Yeast Flakes and Nutritional Yeast powder. I purchased Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes as well as the same from a local bulk container as well as Nutritional Yeast Powder. Now, there they sat, waiting until I could learn how to cook with this stuff.

Great, amazing excellent quality. Great, amazing excellent ingredients and Great, amazing excellent composition. Suitable for most ages. Great, amazing excellent quality of fish used. Packaging can be improved. Great, amazing excellent supposedly benefit humans with omega. Absolutely no taste at all. Supposed to help with cholesterol, hair, inflammation and heart.

Great flavor

This is one of the best nutritional yeast products I've tried. It's consistent and reliable. I add it to dishes for a cheesy flavor, of course, but also just add it to my cooking veggies in the pot and it makes a delicious saucy consistency as they cook. If you add some almond flour and garlic and onion powder, you've got a pretty great parmesan version too--one you can easily sprinkle on ziti or marinara.

Healthy CAN be delicious!

My gradual change from carnivorous to vegan was a slow process because I hated replacing delicious foods that shortened my lifespan with blah food that extended it. That changed with a vegan chicken bouillon recipe (search "LIFE-CHANGING CHICKEN(LESS) BOUILLON POWDER" for the recipe) that actually did what it claimed. If this recipe could run for office, I'd vote for it. The stuff is about 90% Bragg's. Order the biggest size of Braggs so you can make it and change YOUR life. You're welcome .

OUtstanding Taste!

We use this product in so many of our vegan meals! I've been using nutritional yeast, mainly as an addition to popcorn since the 1970's. It has an excellent taste and is full of protein and vitamin B12. It works so well in preparations to replace cheese. One recipe that is amazing is zuchinni lasagne and used with tofu it makes something that honestly is so close to ricotta cheese it is amazing!

Besides using it on popcorn and veggies I also use nutritional yeast to make chicken bouillon when I run out of actual low sodium canned chicken broth.It does have the chicken flavor when all the seasonings are added and blended with it, plus I can control the amount of sodium. Other bouillon powders always gave me so much inflammation because of high sodium content.No more swelling on my tongue! If your looking for a healthier option to replace other powdered over salty chicken bouillon then nutritional yeast would be the answer for you.
