I purchased this bed online when it arrive excited to set up... the main bed structure was too small and wouldn't fit the bed and the gas shocks wouldn't close..

Great bed- 2nd one we have bought for our kids. Reasonably easy to put together, easy to lift to access storage. The double size fits well in the room. Recommmend
Really Very happy with my new bed. It was delivered fast, the kit was super easy to assemble and the quality is way better that what I had expected. The gas struts are awesome and the extra storage is a bonus! The picture makes the material almost look shiny and like a fake leather look, but it's definitely a grey cotton material
Never delivered. Courier states that they dropped it off and had authority to deliver. However on the alleged drop off date I was home all day. The courier company has not provided a copy of the authority to leave I requested, hence now state it is my problem.
Pretty easy to assemble, all equipment necessary to construct the bed was in the package.
Relatively easy to put together until the end where I couldn’t get the struts to go down….if this happens to you put the mattress on it and the weight helps you to push it down. Only issue I think is the strap to lift could have been a better idea. But otherwise I’m happy
Some of the assembly was tricky however got there in the end. Great purchase. Very pleased.
Very happy with the bed, online support was great. Only hick up was with the delivery courier. They damaged our front light and 3 weeks later still havent fixed it.
