Very comfortable shave. I have used this shaver for seven years and have had no problems. Change the foil head every 18 months and clean regularly.

I have used Braun electric razors for uncountable years and been pretty satisfied. But the last one i bought is a disappointment. For the relatively short time I have had it the cutter head is blunt already. The cutter is of inferior QUALITY, Compared to all the others I have owned. A very unexpected disappointment to me. Shouldn't have to be replaced in the time I've had it. It was not by any means a cheap buy.i would still recommend the product though with a proviso. My unit is a series 7, 360 swivel head.
Braun have changed shaver design but kept name. This was the only series 7 foil and cutter on the webpage and no mention there are multiple, incompatible versions of the heads. Only way of knowing this was the wrong one was after opening the packaging as the cutters look the same, the difference is the plastic mounting block. Because the packaging is opened, they refused to refund my money.
Ordered a replacement shaver head. Series 7 for a Braun shaver. Got a call from store manager to check that I had correct head. Turned out that a newer model Braun had same number head. The manager helpfully changed the item and the correct one arrived without any problem. Shaver back working, best service ever!!
As Braun has changed the Series 7 shaver, I inadvertently ordered a foil & cutter for the new model. Bobbie at the Shaver Shop in Carindale was most helpful in remedying my mistake. I have since ordered the correct replacement kit on line and am now enjoying a much smoother shave. I've nothing but praise for the customer service and quality products form the Shaver Shop and will be back again in the future.
I used the search function of the Shaver Shop website to find this product. There was only one match so I purchased the product, which does not fit my shaver! I advised ShaverShop who advised me that as I purchased the item it was my problem. Wow! thanks for your help
Shaver works efficiently but no better than my old series 7. The only reason I changed was that replacement shaver heads for my old shaver were almost unattainable. The cleaning attachment is a total waste of money and takes up space.
