Braun Clean & Renew Cartridges are absolutely fantastic in keeping Braun Electric Razors in a clean, smooth operating condition. I have been using these cleaning cartidges for 3 years now without complaint. Infact, the original razor head is still sharp and still not showing signs of needing replacement yet - even though the manufacture states a 12 month replacement recommendation.

Pleased with that purchase but I am having trouble getting Braun Series 5 52S Electric Shaver head cassette. An ideas on availability of latter? Because my email queries, although answered, did not address my purchase query, and the promised contact to my mobile phone did not eventuate.
Expensive, but no alternatives. Its good that this cartridges fit all cleaning stations. However it dries up the foil too much and cause early wear. I was initially replacing foils very often. I was asked to use the shaver spray before use to lubricate the foil and it worked.
Cleans well and nice fresh feeling. I'm cleaning weekly. Each cleaning cartridge is meant to last a month, you can replace the cap on the cartridge after use and it will last longer.
These cartridges are normally quite expensive, unless you can get them on special or in bulk packs like this one. The cartridges are well sealed and perform perfectly in the cleaner, giving your shaver a really nice clean and smells nice & fresh (lemon scented). The alcohol solution dissolves any build-up of oils, dead skin and hair particles - leaving your razor head nice & clean & hygienic.*TIPS* Only load your cartridge when actually cleaning your shaver - don't leave it in the cleaning unit, or it will evaporate slowly. If you load only on use, the cartridges will last a long time especially if you only do a full clean once a week which is fine (just tap & rinse on other days). After purchasing a series 9 Braun Shaver. I am glad that I stocked up with 2 boxes of the Clean & Renew cartridges. They last forever, give a excellent clean to your shaver and leave the shaver with a lovely lemon fragrance. One cartridge lasts several washes and its great value with an extra cartridge in the box.

The cartridge does its job well but is disappointingly inefficient as there’s always at least 10% remaining which cannot be used. One would have thought that the manufacturer would have solved this problem by now.
