I have used the product 2 or 3 times at the moment. The trimmer feels light but solid, does it job and has a lot of lengths to choose so quite accurate; the amount of tools provided is also great, with precision trimmer, a 'clean shaving tool' and a Gillette pro glide. The battery does not last very long, it lasts between 60 and 80 minutes, but for me it was always enough. It charges in 8 hours, but this did not bother us either. It is easy to clean, it is small and easy to hold in the hand. It doesn't make you uncomfortable when you use it either to pretend to be yourself or to pretend to be someone else. I am satisfied with it and it is more than we need. it doesn't make any excessively loud or ugly noises.

My worst thing with this devices, however is that I forget to charge them and then when I goto use them they're low! This isnt an issue with this unit however, as it charges lightning fast in an hour or so. I couldnt believe it when it happened so I had to double check the manual when it came lol I especially like the mini shaver head attachment and the nose hair attachment. The only thing I would say is missing from this would be a little bottle of clipper oil which normally comes with these type of devices. I received this torture device yesterday. Charged it up overnight and only just finished using it on my beard.My beard is less than 2 inches in length, probably closer to a generous inch. I used the 11 and 7 setting. 11 around my goatee area and 7 for the rest.I had to go over the same places over and over and over again, to the point that my skin is now red and very sore. The guards are too finely spaced and struggle to let hair through without plucking out some of the hair catching and plucking it out.At the price I paid for it, I expected 200% better than this. I paid $119 on sale from $189 from ebay.Extremely disappointed.
