As you can see it fits comfortably in the hand and is a neat. Stylish design,I'm not a big fan of shavers trying to look like bright, advanced gadgets, and really appreciate the Matte black simple finish.The on/off button is easy to press with a distinct vibration to the device when on, the build quality matches the range and isn't upto series 7 standard, but it's still a good solid unit which doesn't sound as plastic/hollow as many I've seen.Also it's worth mentioning the 300S is waterproof upto 5 metres, I'm not a fan of using a shaver wet, I prefer the crackle of dry hairs, but it's nice to know f I'm in a rush I could shave mid-shower as well as thoroughly rinse the unit without fear of damage.Bottom line:Incredibly impressed, as with anything set your budget, and if the Series 3 is the best Braun rechargeable shaver in your budget then it's quite simply a Must buy!

The Smart plug charger has a neat little feature automatically converting the voltage from 100-240volts so you don't have to worry about any conversion plugs when it comes to charging abroad. With a shaving period of 20 minutes on a full charge of 4 hours, I managed to get 4 shaves out of the shaver with consistent power, however even when you've completely run out of juice and you need that emergency shave before you leave the house a quick 5 minute charge is sufficient for a shave, which is pretty brilliant for someone like me who's always in a hurry. With the ability to shave wet&dry it's ideal for those quick early morning dry shaves by the sink or even them relaxed shaves lathered up in shaving gel in the shower getting the precision you need every time. The shaving head itself has 3 points of contact each adjusting to every contour of your face with every stroke making sure there's no area on your face left untouched. When your done there's a handy protective cap to prevent any damages to the shaving head. Having a cradle or a charging dock to hold it upright in the bathroom would've been the cherry on top but then again for a great value of £29.99 you can't really knock it!I honestly can't say I have anything negative to say about the Braun series 3 300s and I would definitely recommend it to those with sensitive skin who are after a quality shave from a foil shaver that's​ built to last.

I’ve waited a while until I’ve written this review as I wanted to make sure that the first shave wasnt a fluke.I had a well known shaver brand already that I had come to by recommendation. I’d seen no problem with it and was happy.That is until I tried this braun. I have always prefered to shave with the standard soap and blade, but with some mental health issues and medication effects I twitch at random and kept cutting my face and head up because of this. I used to sell electric razors and I remembered that the BRAUN always worked better than any of the other brands.I have had it for a few months and it still shaves like it's right out of the box, cleaning it properly after every shave works well for me (I am shaving my head and throat area).The only issue I have with it is I twitched cleaing the head and the foil ripped.

The cleaning of these is pretty much the same, so I wouldn’t rate it worse or better than other shavers.It boasts a 5-minute quick charge, which I did find extremely handy one morning given that I let it run down and though I had left it charging, but forgot to switch on at the socket!Overall I found it to be good value for the £30 it usually costs, and would make an excellent Christmas present for the unkempt man in your life! I would however recommend a Braun Series 6 or 7 if you have the budget for it.
I have had a few dry/wet shavers over the years and many have failed to be an all round shaver and product that can also nicely style the hair. I think I’ve found it in this product in dry conditions as it does the job well. I feel it looks aesthetically pleasing and well designed as it feels great to hold, not to small and has nice grips. The flexible blades are great as they give a very close shave and you can style your sideburns well. The beard trimmer gives a good trim although not amazing for long big beards. Overall I am very impressed with it including the quick charge function which really helped when I didn’t realise it had run out as my son “borrowed” it!

The SensoFoil gave great comfort whilst shaving whilst the Middle trimmer really got close to the skin with no nicks.The fixings hold in place well and don't feel like they would come off accidently like I've had with other devices in the past.Things for improvement would be a UK charger in the box or the functionality of being able to use whilst on charge. The head of the device could be larger but all in all a lightweight and competent device for the task at hand
Battery life is excellent, cleaning is easy, look and feel is great. The problem is it doesn't shave you very well. If I leave 2 days of stubble I have to shave with this for about 15 minutes to get to the point where my face is a bit rough and then I have to quickly go over it with a wet razor so what is the point. Quite poor electric shaver, barely cuts. I was going over and over the same spots for what seemed an eternity but just would cut the hair. You can't get a close shave with this and I've gone back to wet shaving and I'm not the hairiest person. It's such a shame because the clipper part is actually OK not fantastic but the main thing it's supposed to do doesn't happen. I tried this out, and wow, this is much better than other Braun mediocre razors - there are lots of useful attachments for trimming up the beard, to shaving fully. The handle is very smooth which helped me with my "dropping hands" issue.Trusted, and reliable, the battery life was super good - once fully charged. My partner (male) also enjoyed using this and would recommend. Love the fact this is also a dry-wet based shaver - really helps when you're in the shower and not having to worry regarding getting it wet. I would recommend to anyone, another quality product from a quality professional brand. A+++++++
