It will pull out hairs as promised, yet too many of my hair were either halfway ripped, or wouldn’t even pull out certain hairs very cleanly. If you’re looking for an alternative but aren’t sure, I’d recommend a normal razor. Always get the results you’ll need.

More accessories make it worth it; came with a cooling gel pouch and glove to hold it too. I had to use it twice in some areas but it was still better than my old Phillips epilator.

I ordered a new one and received a second hand one!!! I went with the unopened product to digitec shop and they said that maybe was a mistake and indeed I received a resealed one. They ask for apologies and told me I will receive a new one as ordered. I told them that I need it to gift to my sister. They assured me I will get a new one in time.Today I received the very same second hand opened and resealed product. I am more than disappointed! This is huge lack of respect towards your customers.
