Really easy to use without needing to read a manual! Heating appears a little quicker and more even with the flatbed design. Without a turntable it does have extra room that allows for larger dishes. A great product.

Very reticent buying this product, always had turntable microwaves. But after using it for a couple of weeks, does everything I need it to do extremely well.I had limited choice buying just before Christmas as the microwave I wanted (convection/microwave function) was out of stock, so I just bought a replacement microwave. So happy with it!

When you look at this product in the attached image and at the height as displayed at Good Guys Auburn NSW, you would think you can only see the legs at the base. However, when you install at eye-height or higher, you notice a big grey metal plate which is not aesthetically pleasing to look at . Especially in a new kitchen.We tried to return the product to Good Guys, but were told we should have realised this pre-purchase and were not able to return and buy a different microwave.Disappointing on all fronts.

I'm amazed I didn't see any other reviews about this - this microwave only heats the bottom of whatever you put in there. I tried defrosting chicken by weight, and when I went to turn it over at the midway beep, it was cooked through on the bottom and still frozen solid on top. I also heated a chicken frame from the fridge for my dog for 1 minute at high power and got exactly the same result - cooked on the bottom and cold on top. I have used microwaves for over 45 years, and have never had this problem. Back it went and got our third Panasonic Genius, even though the lack of a 1sec button on that one irks me too.
This stylish looking microwave not only looks good in your kitchen but is so easy to clean without the old fashioned turntable. Its features are simple and easy to use . The only negative is some light buzzing noise when its turning.
The microwave is very easy to install, it fit our space perfectly and is easy ot use. Comes with an instruction booklet but also has easy quick keys on the front panel. The manager was excellent at Oxley and made the whole process easy and gave us the confidence to purchase this microwave. We had done our research and the size of this was what we needed. We also took out the extra care as we value that program. Highly recommend, especially the price for the features.
There seems to be a tipping point past 30 seconds where something goes from "eh, kinda warm" to "oh okay, you're getting hot now". It heats surprisingly well, and I'll probably never get used to the lack of turntable, but not having to worry about a dish not fitting because it can't turn has made a difference to reheating leftovers (or late dinners). Buttons could afford to have a bit more contrast with the background and be a bit bolder, but otherwise, good microwave. Does what it says on the tin.
The product itself looks good and I imagine works well. However, is not suitable for inside a cut out 'microwave' space in kitchen cabinetry.Unfortunately this is not specified on the carton, only in the manual. Product was returned due to this inconvenience.
Working well so far without any issues which is 100% better than the dreadful LG microwave that we had to throw away after 12 months with terrible customer service. A little noisier than expected but so much easier to keep clean without a turntable. The 900W is less power than weve previously had in microwaves but still seems to cook quicker
Still getting used to the fact that it doesn't spin and my husband keeps thinking it's broken Warms and cooks perfectly. I love not having to clean the dish, just a moist wipe is enough. Can also fit in much larger dishes, I can make pasta bake and canaloni in a large rectangular dish and it comes out great. With larger dishes I do turn it round like I would with the oven just to be sure it cooks evenly but not sure if it's necessary or just makes me feel better.
