Box arrived damaged and filters feel flimsier than the one that came with the espresso machine prior to soaking. The box was smaller than expected and filters were packed in there pretty tight. Maybe it’ll expand significantly after soaking. Won’t be changing filters for another month or so. Will know how it performs then. Better to pick up in person if possible rather than have them delivered via Canpar to avoid damage.

I only buy the Breville replacement filters for my espresso maker. They are easy to use and last for at least 2 months. The filter fits snugly into the holder and is easy to replace. The filter works well, and the results are great! The quality of the water and taste of the coffee are second to none!
Very good and trust worthy product. The pack gives me a year supply and I have had the machine for 4.5 years and never had issues with using the tap water as the filters do their job in taking care of the properties in the water that cause damage to machines. My old coffee machine that had no water filter lasted 6 months using tap water due to the calcium and scaling.
Purchased these filters as a replacement for the one that came with the espresso machine I bought myself for Christmas. It wasn’t until I took the old one out that I realized how important they are! Worth the price and a necessary part of having a great, long-lasting machine at home. Easy to use and plop into the water tank.Plus, my order was shipped and arrived within 2 days, which was extremely convenient.
I like the fact that the water filters come individually wrapped in the box which keeps the filter as clean as possible. I don't like that it is a bit expensive but it's a small investment to keep being able to make my own coffee with my Barista Express. Good to get these when HN does a sale. I bought some "similar" ones from other sites but found out they were for a completely different machine - won't be wasting my money on that again.
Ordered the BWF100 Charcoal Filters with the impression that they were the branded Breville filters. When received they were individually packaged loosely in a large box. The filters were in a plain white package without any branding. I personally wouldn't like to use the filters due to not appearing to be original.
Breville discontinued their stainless k cup brewer with my k cups. Why do they still make these water filters which are rendered useless when we can no longer purchase the beautiful high end looking k cup brewer they fit in! Mine tore up years ago and it’s a huge disappointment that you can’t purchase another one. Breville has always been innovative but I hope they are listening to this because it wasn’t a smart move when they discontinued their single portion brewer. We want a new one!!!! Please Breville bring it back! Everyone doesn’t want a coffee maker that makes a full carafe!
Use it only twice a year and it cleans the machine nicely. Doesn't take up a lot of storage at all, just tuck it in the drawer in the kitchen. The machine tells me when to clean, and it doesn't take up a lot of time. Great! I'm very satisfied.. I received a sample when I bought the machine and have used it ever since. The filters too are very good in protecting the machine from limestone.
