The updated model has a better funnel for delivering juice to the jug. Is a smoother machine than previous model and seems a little more compact. Not sure if this is my imagination. Highly recommend for a middle of the range juicer to create flavours of your choice. Value for money great and in checking around, The Good Guys were better value and cheaper.

Easy to use and quiet. I can easily fill the juicing tube with plenty of fruits and vegetables without chopping anything. Very easy to rinse and I occasionally put the basket in the dishwasher. Juicer doesnt move across the bench like my old one did.The only slight downside is the juicer has such a fine mesh that so much of the skin and fibre is extracted. I find if I scoop off some of the pulp from around the rim and stir it in to the juice jug the texture is more to my liking. The juicer feels sturdy and very well designed and I love how it all fits together easily. Fits nicely at the back of my kitchen bench and I dont have to move it out to use it.

Powerful motor, very handy, although does not have an LED screen which for that price maybe could have been added. Also when I purchased it said it was 1200watt motor in reality it's only 900watt motor so a little misleading there... buyer beware... Has a big enough storage bin. Although if it was a little less noisy would be great. Would still recommend the product despite many disadvantages... Also warranty could have been increased to 3 years minimum... so let's hope it lasts
Pros Love the deep bucket for fruit and veg waste so it doesnt need to be emptied several times while juicing, and the generous sized jug for juice. The spout that can be turned upside down is also very handy so excess juice juice drip everywhere after removing the jug. Fast and slow speed options are also useful. Cons. Only one and its a small one. One of the parts cant go in the dishwasher. I use the juicer at least once a day and hand wash and drip dry each time but about once a week, I run it through the dishwasher. It would be easier if all the washable parts could go in there.
I bought this to do a juice diet. Its great for juicing a small amount (like up to a litre), but it does struggle with more than that. The motor gets hot, but its easy to turn off for 10 minutes then keep juicing. Not really that big a deal..it gets allot of juice out of fruit and veg, it does struggle a bit with harder things like kale stalks, but again, for this price point isnt an issue. I bought one for my mum and liked it so much I bought for myself. Overall its a great juicer and Id recommend it . My mum, who has never had a juicer before, is using it every morning for my dads orange juicehe wont drink commercial OJ anymore and after only a week adding fresh veggie juice to my diet, my bloating has gone down considerably, and Im feeling more energised.
Love this juicer. The juicer comes with a book that has juice recipes in it. For ease of cleaning, it also has a brush where you can clean the blade part.The juicer has to settings, low and high. I usually only use low. The high is for really tough items.It has been easy to juice: apples, lemons, ginger, carrot, oranges, and kiwi.Ever since I bought it, I haven't stopped using it.

Yes l could have brought a new blade but l chose to replace the whole item as l do use my juicer every day. So l juice celery and carrots occasionally adding a apple. I love being able to wash whole carrots then drop it in no cutting down to size no tiny catcher for the pulp this item has the largest motor which is why l keep buying it and wearing it out.I have cronic arthritis need my celery jucie and the carrot is great for everything else. Have been looking for a juicer for several months. After a lot of research decided to go with the Breville Juice Fountain Max. We've only had it a few weeks but are super impressed. It's extremely easy to assemble and use. It's also really easy to clean! Makes cafe quality juice. We're really happy with our investment.

It's billed as "easy clean" but you really have to pull it apart and clean it all immediately, and the little brush that comes with it doesn't actually fit in every crevice. There's a rim around the top of the hopper that I can't get into to clean at all. Totally not worth the effort just for a glass or two gotta make a full jug to justify the cleaningOverall I like it, it's probably similar to other juicers, and the only thing I have to compare with is a smaller Kambrook model from the 90s.
