This would have to be the worst toaster I’ve ever purchased, you have to toast everything twice and sometimes even that doesn’t work. Unfortunately it was the only one I could afford at the time, I have bought several Breville products over the years and they have been excellent. Maybe this one is faulty but during COVID it’s difficult to do anything about it.

It is still a bit smelly even though I did the required heating at top temperature when I received it. It is also inclined to fling your toast out onto the floor if it is of the light weight Vienna variety.

It’s broken . Use to love this brand but I’ve had the toaster for a couple weeks and it’s already not working . It’s not popping up at all and I have to try and fish the toast out . I’m returning this junk

Disappointed with this toaster. Even on Max setting it barely toasts. Crumpets do not brown. I regret buying this model. Considering it was $100 plus I expected better. Our old $30 breville worked perfectly for 10 years till it died. Would love to return this item.
Great little toaster for a small family. I like the “little more” function and easy lift. It’s compact so doesn’t take up too much space on the kitchen bench. And looks good.
I was quite happy with the toaster but it started to trip out the fuse after less than 3 years. Not sure what the problem is because where do you go to have small appliances checked these days. So paying more doesn't necessarily mean it will last as long as my old one did.
Breville lasts forever but we needed another colour so went with the same version of our old toaster. This one is a gorgeous and easy to use design but I mostly enjoy the change in toast control with using a slide lever instead of turning a switch.
Nothing out of the ordinary , it’s just a joy to have it not throwing my toast on the table or sometimes floor , like my last new toaster did!!! Bought cheaper thinking that at 88 I need not go to expense !!!? WRONG!!!
Understated appearance produces great toast from my homemade sourdough … sits pretty on my ‘tiny home’ bench … and it was delivered nice and promptly … thanks
my toaster does not toast evenly on both sides of bread. Also, the lift lever does not lift high enough for me to get toast out without burning my fingers. Disappointing.
