This variant has conventional mode controls for settings, which makes it much easier to use than the preceding version that I owned and used. Performance has been excellent and the fan is also quieter than the preceding version.

This is a really handy plug-in induction hotplate. The main reason we bought it the sun is shining our solar gives us free electricity- so then we use this instead of our gas cooktop. We sit the hotplate on a wooden chopping board (important-cant sit this directly on a metal surface) under the rangehood. Its super quick to boil 4litres of water for pasta. Can also do a very low simmer for hours and not worry about the gas flame going out. Its also great if you have a small stove and need extra hotplates when entertaining, and goes down to super low to just keep food warm.

We are renovating so this has been fantastic. Bit of getting used to with the temp control and you have to have induction friendly cookware but overall I would highly recommend. I also think it will be very handy in my new kitchen. Came super fast in the post from the Good Guys .

Very easy to use. Boils water very fast, or can simmer away gently. Be aware lower settings are achieved by the unit switching off/on the induction coil periodically. You can hear it. Its a bit noisy with the fan running but no big deal as I bought this for my caravan.
Wonderful cooktop. We purchased this cooktop for our tiny home and I couldnt be more impressed. Easy to use, very quick at boiling water, and small enough to store in our kitchen draws also.
The lass that met me at the door to help me with the product that I wanted, is brilliant. Wanted an electric 2 burner plate for my son and the lass showed me the"Breville", The Quick Cook Go, best sales person I have dealt with. Smack on with the right product, and we brought the frying pan to suit. Happy son happy Mum.
After using my sister's I had to buy one. I do a lot of flash frying and searing steaks, so I've always cooked outside the house using gas burners due to the smells. The wind would blow out the flame. This induction cooker does away with all that. So portable for my purpose, small in size but gives so much. A godsend!
Found that the cooktop did not heat evenly, with one side of the pan extremely hot, and the other just warm. Also, the menu was awkward to use, having to cycle through all the options to get the one that I needed on the far right. Should have been a touch screen. Needless to day that I returned the product.
Best thing I’ve bought in years, I can boil my water in a very quick time place my potato’s in the pot turn the heat to medium have a shower and they are done. I use it to slow cook my porage over night or cook my food while I’m at work come home dinner is ready.
Have bought 2 of these - 1 for a friend. I find this cooktop very easy to use. Quick to heat up and cool down with touch of a button! My friend says it is much better than the previous cheap one she bought from KM--t.
