I've gotten so many compliments on this and my baby loves it! I was hesitant because it is a little pricey but so worth it and bigger than I expected. Colors, toys, everything is perfect. The only "con" which really is more of a preference, I wish the music played would have actually been songs from the movie. It does have music, "bubble sound", or just lights by itself. It has a timer for 25 mins so it's not constantly running. I would say to be VERY careful with the rod that holds the toys. It comes tied up and I couldn't untie the knot. So I cut it with scissors and GLAD my face wasn't near it. Because is popped out quick! I wasn't prepared for that and had I been any closer it would have gotten me good in the face. So just FYI.

My baby's nursery is done in the Disney Ariel theme, so I was extremely excited to discover this beautifully unique activity gym by Bright Starts. The instructions were easy to understand, and it was so easy to put together. The gym itself is shaped like a seashell. The canopy is covered in a gorgeous shimmery fabric that is lit with twinkly lights. This activity gym also comes with 6 removable toys, so you can remove them and take along with baby. I love that it also comes with a prop up pillow which is great for smaller babies. My baby is totally entertained when she is playing in this gym. It has lights, toys, and even music to keep baby busy. Love the design of this activity gym, it's well made, and worth every penny!

I'm very impressed with this little Mermaid gym mat very good quality and the design is excellent my little one enjoys playing with it. It has more than 10 melodies which my little one enjoys and also the pillow helps my baby yo explore the gadgets. She seems very comfortable in this gym mat. Also all toys are detachable, this one is a very cute design for my baby girl and also is machine washable. No cons to add. Ill definitely recommend this one to my friends mom's to be!

This is a super cute play mat. I love the Little Mermaid themed mat and toys. The mat is larger than other play mats I have owned in the past which is great to have plenty of space for the baby to lay down. The mat is a bit on the thin side but if you use it on carpet it’s fine. There are plenty of hanging toys and I especially like the stuffed Flounder and Sebastian. The set of flashcards is an odd choice to include and I would have preferred another soft toy or teething type item instead. The unique thing about this mat is the light up canopy with the soft blinking lights. The assembly is pretty simple and quick, however my set was missing the support bar to hold the canopy up which was disappointing. Other than that it’s a very cute mat.
This is a great activity mat, it is larger than your standard activity gym and is very interactive. It is also very adorable. If you have an under the sea theme; this will go well with it. The included toys are perfect for babies.We have carpeted floors so we do not mind the non-padded mat but I want to point it out in case that matters to you. It is also very easy to break down for cleaning.
The gym is made out of high quality materials and well constructed. This gym plays music and has star's. It also lights up and comes with one puppet. All dangling toys are made out of hard plastic except little mermaid. The color on the toys is very pigmented and good quality. This playmat is by far the cutest playmat I have ever used. Not only does it have a cute design it was easy to set up and is easy to take apart when in need of cleaning. The adorable sound and light feature has my little one entranced , I highly recommend this for your baby
The music function of our system stopped after only a month. Leaving the toy uninteresting and useless to my daughter.I reached out to the company as they say they offer a replacement or replacement parts through a one year warranty. They took an extremely long time to respond to my inquiry. When they finally did they told me that they do not have any replacements or parts but will wire transfer me a refund. They wanted my to provide my banking details and very personal information. Since this made me uncomfortable I declined and will now be purchasing a new activities centre from a different brand.Do not purchase this system unless you want an extreme hassle when it breaks. It barely lasted my daughter a month.
