Purchased through JD Lighting. The product may be OK but the one I received was previously used. The product they sent had a broken anti tamper seal on the box. The battery in the sensor was flat and discoloured. The sensor wouldn't pair properly and did not function even after replacing the battery with a brand new one. JD Lighting haven't responded after submitting an online warranty claim so far after more than six weeks and numerous followups.

Pretty useless

Bought earlier to create a simple home security setting. The sensor does not alert unless the telephone with the app is on the same network, tehrefore you need to be at home, besides that the connection of the sensor is flaky.After setting it up it work for about 10 minutes , but it has now dropped connection. Even re-adding doesnt seem to help. Even though added successfully the app with say the sensor is not near.It is certainly not usable as security (text is very misleading), if it would work, you could maybe use it as a sensor to switch a light on, but there are many many cheaper solutions for that...It will be returned.
