I used this for a few days the water quality was very good. I thought the wrong lid was provided as it would not sit on the jug but sat loosely above the rim. The lid only fits when there is less than 1 liter of water in jug below the bottom of the filter. Any more water creates an air lock pushing the lid up. So it is a 1 liter jug not a 2.4 liter jug. I would give 5 stars for water quality.

I am very happy with our Aluna Water Filter Jug and that we were easily able to click&collect it at a time that suited us. We had been meaning to get one for some time so the fact that it (& spare filters) were on special was even better. I am also very pleased that heavy duty filters are available as we live in a 1920's house with very old plumbing.

Using the filter jug has helped everyone in my house drink more water as it tastes so much better, I also love how quickly it filters through as well. Best investment to help encourage more fluids in little ones who find water tastes yuck, would highly recommended to everyone.

I am using since long and love the taste of water with original cartridges. My family says it tastes bitter I dont know why. This summer it was in direct sunlight for a few days and some sort of fungi, so please avoid keeping in direct sunlight.
Great item and great price!! I couldn’t find this cheaper anywhere else and I wanted frosted white. This filter jug removes harmful chemicals from drinking water so I’m very pleased. Delivery time was very good too.
Slim style jug, fits the door of the fridge nicely, just a pity that the lid needs to be removed in order to fill it, as other Brita jugs have a lid opening which is handier. However it is still a nice jug at a good price.
I'm eager to update my previous poor review. The jug does hold 2.4 liters now. A small chip of plastic was preventing the lid from sitting home and allowing pre filtered water to pour out with filtered water hence only holding 1 liter. When cleaning jug to return I found plastic chip and removed it. Now it works well.
I had been boiling my water as it comes from a bore and sometimes the quality is not 100%. I have been using the Brita water filter jug for 3 weeks and am really impressed. The water is sparkling clear and tastes great!
This is the third or fourth Brita jug we have purchased over several years. It is a very convenient way of maintaining a ready supply of filtered water on hand. Unfortunately there has been no improvement in the spout design and it frequently sticks in the closed position when pouring, result, water soaked kitchen tops. Apart from that its a simple water jug that we find very useful.
I have had these water filters for many years, the new model I have just purchased dose not have the filler flap/opening in the lid which makes it very easy and quick to refill the new model dose not and I find it a bit of a FAF to refill due to having to keep removing the lid. one other thing I have noticed is it seems to take longer to filter and fill.
