Will there be additional colors. These would all be awesome if you’d just kept the heel color throughout. Really don’t like the light colored toe boxes. So close.

After rolling my ankle 3 times in 2 weeks using another brands shoe I researched and bought these. I took them out and put them through their paces on a very steep technical trail whole it was raining, (same trail I was rolling my ankle on). These shoes gripped the wet rock and roots very well. The shoes are also a dream to run in as they are light and have just the right amount of cushion for my liking.

I was excited to receive the new Cascadia 17 until I opened the box. The shoe described as Navy/Blue/Fire, which displays as Navy/pale blue/red, is actually a very grayish steel blue/ white/bright orange. The shoes fit as expected, are very comfortable, have nice design features and appear to be well made. Can't say how they perform as the appearance so turned me off I returned them immediately. If you like, or can at least stand the appearance, you will likely be very happy with them based on my experience with Cascadia 16. (Note: the Brooks return process is very easy).
