My son is getting older, has man sized feet in a little boys body. Due to this growing and changing he is doing, he was always telling me that his feet and legs hurt. I got him in a pair of these Adrenaline GTS to see if better shoes would help. They offer support to his foot yet have a wider toe box to give his toes room to spread out when he steps. He has stopped complaining about his feet hurting and even says his legs feel a little better too. The best part is that I usually have to buy him new shoes every 2 or 3 months because they are falling apart by that point but he has been wearing this pair for 4 months and they are still in GREAT condition. These are definitely worth it.

Pros:-They are very comfortable for runs/walks/jogs. One of the best pairs I had for my jogs/runs.-I feel a bit faster when I go on my jogs/runs.-They feel light to me-They are good for speed runs/intervals-They are great for long distanceCons:-Maybe it’s the type of socks I’m wearing, but the shoes do warm up. I’d be cautious about wearing any thick socks with it especially during the hot days.(I wear puma ankle socks)-My size is 8.5. It isn’t true to size. The shoes feel a tad big, but not by a lot. It stills fits very well, but I have to tie the shoe laces a bit tighter. I also wear orthotics.-The laces feel too soft in my opinion. When I I tie them tight they stretch.I gave it a 5 star rating because personally for me it does what I need it to do when ... MorePros:-They are very comfortable for runs/walks/jogs. This is the third pair of these I have had (moving on through GTS 18 & 19) and I find them ideal for running around the local roads and parks, and parkrun when it returns. I run about 100km per month. They provide good cushioning and support for my ageing knees and ankles. They are well made and although the soles naturally wear away over time the uppers remain in good condition, especially with an occasional wash and brush up.

My husband has problems with his knees and lower back. These running shoes provide great support and so far seem to do a good job in aligning knees and hips. They are extremely comfortable. No breaking in required. Highly recommend them. I also appreciated the fast and efficient service from Altitude Sports. Runs small. Size up. I’m normally a size 10 or 10.5. Size 11 fits perfectly.
I loved the Adrenaline GTS 18s but eventually ran them into the ground and it was time to replace them. I went instore to StartFitness for advice and was assured buying the GTS 20s in the same size would be fine - I suppose due to Covid the staff weren't being quite as attentive in ensuring the size was correct as they usually are which is understandable. Sadly, after months with the shoe it's giving me nothing but problems around the IT band. I've ended up having to massively reduce my running distance and frequency, giving the shoes a long wearing-in period, tying the laces in a different way and even changing my own running style to try find a solution but there's no hope. I'm not sure if it's down to the shoe or if I just received poor fitting advice at the time ... MoreI loved the Adrenaline GTS 18s but eventually ran them into the ground and it was time to replace them. I run about 2-3 miles per day and have, for years, been using Asics Kayano running shoes. I have noticed that. over the years starting with the numbers after Asics 21, the Asics seem to be getting thinner with less cushion. Example: the flap (aka tongue) under the shoe laces has thinned out. The heel and mid foot also seem to have less cushion. So I took a chance on the Brooks Adrenaline shoe. It's a great shoe! Lots of snug-like support with a fairly heavy dose of cushion in all the right spots (heel, arch support etc) and it's light too. I will likely being switching brands.
I just turned over my first pair at the 800 km park. In retrospect, I should probably have flipped the shoes at 700 km. This is the replacement pair for the same ones, only in blue. Cushioning is superior, and support is excellent. I have battled Achilles issues in the past. No concerns with these. I have purchased an additional two in anticipation of the eventual need to replace them.
Well made and provide traditional Brooks support. However, they seem shorter and narrower than previous versions I have had. I am a 12 and regular shoes and have always ordered 13 in Brooks shoes (since 1988). These are almost too small but just work with thin socks. My biggest problem with them is that the laces are too short - by about 3 inches. They are very difficult to tie with the laces in the topmost position (I have a narrow heel.). It's not easy to get enough length to complete the bow without trying several times. I remember when manufacturers gave way too much lace length and you had to double tie to take up the extra. Now Brooks has gone too far the other way.
Really great. Has an advantage that many other running shoes (who shall remain nameless) have NOT had in my recent experience: Fit right out of the box. In particular, they fit where the others tended to grab, around the knuckle (?) for the big toe or pinky toe. Also, very comfortable power walking in them. The flat-ish sole is really helpful for my arthritic knee. Overall, great shoe.
I can run in about anything, so it is no surprise that this shoe performs well for me. Still there are a few things beyond just feel and function that rank this shoe above other brands/models (in my opinion). As background, I am a serious runner with a huge percentage of my mileage on soft surface. The soles of my shoes are the last part to break down. First, for a light shoe the upper doesn't fall apart from the elements or me not cutting my toenails. More importantly, they use enough glue so that the sole doesn't separate from the upper which happens with every other brand after about 3 months. Part of the problem is my use habits. I run in the rain a lot. I stretch in such a way to put pressure on the glue/attachment. I also house my shoes back porch store so temperature extremes impact the connection. But with all that these shoe haven't started to detach even a little after 5 months. I purposely write reviews at replacement time and not soon after purchase. I have two pairs of GTS 17s that I can still use on the track or on a golf course. Again, everything is right about this shoe, but my long-winded praise is focused on the sole remaining attached long enough for me to win some wear in other areas of the shoe. Other shoes that feel great don't hold up.
