This shoe, although lacking color choice, is a big improvement over the gts19. The toe box in front is slightly wider, providing a bit more room for swelling and comfort. I wear the shoes daily, for walking and just everyday life and love the cushioning level which is awesome. Can walk for miles in these shoes! I have many foot issues and these help tremendously. Just wish they came in a lighter color, although the navy and lilac is a beautiful combination. Could use a second pair. Highly recommend!

Mine have a very odd pressure that concentrates from just in front of my arch all the way to the end of my foot.I also own Adrenaline 21s, Ghost 14, Ghost 15, and Trace 2âŚnone of those needed breaking in, or have that strange pressure. Yes, theyâre nice and cushiony. Bit after wearing them for about 3 1/2 miles this weekend, my feet were hurting âšď¸I havenât been running because of knee issues, but maybe the mechanics of the shoe are more favorable for running, not sure. I purchased these shoes based on a recommendation from a local running shoe shop. I have been having issues with my arches, sides of my feet, and knee pain.I was fitted at the specialty store and it turns out my feet are a size bigger than they used to be! Okay, I am sorry but I never knew Dick's ships products from their stores versus a warehouse when ordering online. With that being said, I received used shoes! I was so excited but when they arrived and I opened the box, they were VERY used. Dirt on the bottom and sides of soles, squished/indented sole foam, and internal soles had yucky lint inside. I mean it looked like people walked a good mile in these. Attached photos are straight from the box.... enough said. I was expecting brand new shoes for what I paid, this is a first for me when ordering online from anywhere and I've bought A LOT of running shoes online. I love this store, but my shoe needs when ordering online will go elsewhere!!!!!!
I have the glycerin GTS 19 & now the glyercin GTS 20. Definitely still the same shoe comfort and fit wise which is a plus. The glycerin 20 is lighter as well so definitely an upgrade. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone looking for stability and and a cushioned insole. It is cushioned enough where its soft but not to the point you are sinking into the shoe. I use it for long & short runs & works well for both. It does seem slightly (very slight) more narrow than the glycerin 19 but not a deal breaker when it comes to the overall comfort.
I am a size 10. I have very bad pronation, hypermobile joints and flat feet. Standing and walking has been very difficult for me and I have tried so many shoes. These are by far the best shoes I've ever had. I have been able to stand and walk for triple the amount of time with my Asics. Thank-you Brooks for making these life changing shoes.I have also passed these onto my senior mom who struggles with plantar's facsiitis. They have made a huge difference for her as well! We have both purchased two pairs now and wear them everyday.

I run about 4.5 miles a day and no injuries with these so far, that's a good sign for me new running shoes always comes with some type of pain in the beginning for me, only downside is they feel heavy so my feet and legs can begin to feel tired after a mile or so. The tongue on these cause a little discomfort for me they are almost sharp and dig into me when running but I've managed to adjust them so that they face up and place my laces Infront to keep it up... I love my Glycerins and I've been wearing them since the 14. I like the extra support of the GTS. I don't like these as well as the GTS 19. The forefoot is a little wider making the whole shoe feel bigger and flatter, I might even try a half a size down from my normal Brooks size. The arch support doesn't feel quite as high either. I'll keep them for everyday walking, but I'll stick to my GTS 19s for running for now. I would recommend Brooks and glycerins to a friend, but try them on first. Every foot is different.
I got the Adrenaline GTS in the 22 model which clearly have changed as the size 8 didn't fit and left me In so much pain due to lack of room. I'm still waiting for the refund directly from brooks which I've been told to allow 3 weeks for!!!Anyway I purchased these in a 8.5 standard width. I have a thumbs space at the front which is perfect. And they are an absolute dream. I wish I got them sooner and I hope nothing changes with the design. They're light yet supportive which I'm yet to find until now. Absolute perfection.
I used to be an Adrenalines gal, but unfortunately the newer version was made narrower and no longer works for me. The Glycerin GTS, however, has a perfectly spacious toe box for people like myself. I have a narrow heel and wide toe box and these work great for me! Wonderful cushioning and supportive. These look to be built to last, but are still new to me so that verdict isn't out yet. For now, I highly recommend.
