This multifunction printer is good value as it is priced at the bottom of the range. It works pretty well, although it does put a line down the right hand side of ecery page it prints. I think this is a printer driver issue, although i did download the specified printer drivers.

Bought about 3 months ago. believed I will save money in long term comparing to inkjet printer. it is compact and easy to use. Print quality is not as good as I expected from a laser printer, Display panel is small and not backlit so a bit hard to read.Overall still good price for a laser printer.

I have two of these models and find them economical and easy to use for printing. I also find the scan system very easy and a good reproduction. My only negative is that if a small piece of paper is jammed in the machine feeder roll it is almost impossible to remove as not enough of the fixed panelling can be removed to enable access to remove the paper.

LACK OF FEATURES AND NOT WORTH BUYING

This printer comes with a 600 series phone converter, not used for decades, but does not include a USB Cable? I understand this printer is very old but are you kidding me? I bought this device to print and scan but it can only currently fax and copy. RJ35 cable is not long enough, lacks any useful features as well as a USB cable.

Works well as a laser printer, scanner and photocopier. It is also a fax machine, but I don't have a landline, so don't use it as such. I also love the affordable price. If only it could function as a wireless printer then I would have given it all 5 stars.

Reliable and robust printer

I bought this printer in April 2015. I find it highly reliable and easy to use. The instructions are clear and comprehensive and it is well supported by a troubleshooter that is intelligent and helpful if and when I encounter problems. A small drawback is the window display on the printer. The absence of an internal light or a more contrasting background in the window makes it difficult to read the words displayed. If I bend over the window and try to read the display, it will be more difficult as my shadow will fall on it and block the external lighting.

So far so good. It seems to be a good printer, generally good on nearly all aspects. But only early days yet, still a long way to go before I form a final view.

I am not happy with Brother 1810 it is hard to make the printer print both sides of the paper. Also the pages that are printed do not print in sequence for example pages 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 which is how they should print in my opinion. Instead Brother 1810 prints 1,3,5,7,9,11,13 and that is not what i require.
