We have downside from a very large printer to this Brother as we are more or less paperless these days. This printer does what we need it to and was easy to set up. A bit slower than the large commercial printer we had but it works well and scan well. I would recommend this printer to anyone with a small office.Delivery was faster than expected even in this time with slow deliveries due to Covid.

Our company purchased this printer 6 months ago and it has had many problems in that time. Firstly, the printer almost always fails to scan pages in straight no matter how much effort we put into trying to get the pages in the exact position. Secondly, the key pad on the printer has not been sufficiently aligned with the actual numbers so this makes it incredibly difficult to dial the correct number. These two problems are significant when you are working in a busy medical practice attempting to send multiple documents.

Frustrating. I have used Brothers for years. They are cheap and reliable and do a great job. However while my MFC-L5755DW prints beautifully and was easy to set up into my business network the same cannot be said of getting it to scan. Have tried all sorts of fixes. Even had my IT consultant have a go. It will not scan to my PC. My PC is a brand new Dell running Windows 10 but same problem on other older PC's. VERY FRUSTRATING.

We are a small organisation but with many volunteers that use a photocopier. We previously had a large commercial machine that was difficult for everyone to use. We chose as the alternative this Brother machine and the report back from members using the machine that it is so easy to use. We haven't tried all the features yet, but so far, we are getting great feedback.
I bought my Brother MFC-L5755DW in June 2017 and have now printed over 2000 pages with no jams or problems. Print speed is awesome, such an improvement on my previous printers, print quality is excellent, I have not replaced Toner and expect it will last the expected time frame quoted. So happy that I paid extra to get a good printer and it has already saved me in Toner costs and time compared to my previous "cheap' printer. I love the machine and all the features, but I don't like all the popup messages on my PC when I turn it on everyday. It does that every time there's an update. It takes forever to figure out how to stop it, and then it updates again. I've also been getting some weird lines when I print, but it disappears after about 10 pages.
We purchased this printer after our old printed died. The main reason we got the Brother MFC-L5755DW was we needed a printer that was able to take multiple labels at a time. We use Australia Post eParcel.It works like a dream. Set up was quick and easy. Printer is fast and I'm yet to get a paper jam, which is happy days.Overall a great multi function printer. Had the HL5200 Laser Printer, and a separate Scanner. Scanner was USB only. Decided to upgrade to All In One. Connected to a switch. My 4th Brother Laser printer. I lie. Its my 5th. HAPPY.
I had such high hopes at first but, after 2 years of struggling, I've finally accepted that this printer just sucks. Wifi printing: sometimes works. USB-cable printing: sometimes. Scanning: don't even get me started. You will want to break it with a hammer. It works maybe 1 in 10 times. Printing is good and fast, when it decides to work. Tried with multiple different PC's, laptops, even tried with Mac - all the same issues across any device. Brother is the common denominator. Troubleshooting from Brother is non-existent. Tech support from the manufacturer revolves around damage control. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody, for any reason. It isn't suitable for small business, it isn't suitable for private home use, it's a giant paperweight or doorstop.
BIt slow. The ink the printer come with last us two weeks which was a surprise as i hadnt bought a spare as yet and then we were able to print for 24 hrs at work.Other then that the price we paid for it its seems ok so far
