I have always had excellent service from my Brother toner cartridges, black, cyan yellow and magenta. Trouble-free installation and timely reminder when a toner is getting low. Because of the Brother software, use of third party cartridges can be time consuming to get them to be accepted by the Brother equipment. Yes, they are expensive compared to third party prices, but this is offset by savings in time and meeting deadlines of the trouble-free installation and operation of the Brother cartridges.

I needed a set of these cartridges as my wife and I each have a Brother MFC 3770 printer. The Brother toner cartridges are always reliable. I needed a set of cartridges in a hurry and unfortunately the Good Guys only had standard capacity colour cartridges, not the high capacity versions. The staff member I saw was very helpful, as always, and pricing was good. The TN 253K (black) cartridge comes with the same capacity of toner as the high capacity colour cartridges.

I bought this printer 3 months ago and haven't even printed a whole A4 pack of 500 sheets, yet the black toner cartridge is now empty!?!? It's advertised as good for 2500 pages! The print quality is good, but really disappointed that it didn't last very long.

Got a great price on the genuine Brother cartridge through the Good Guys. Works really well.
We've had 2 inkjet printers that always printed colour wrong due to not using the colour option regularly enough and the ink drying on the print heads. Cleaning of the print heads wouldn't resolve the problem so we bought the laser printer. Absolutely love it and the print quality is amazing everytime. Always shop at The Good Guys as they will match prices and have the best after sales service.
I bought this I I have had a frustrating 5 months of not being able to use my brand new printer due to non-genuine cartridge not recognised. I thought I was buying a genuine cartridge and yet the box I got (click and collect) is branded "Key-tec" and the stupid printer still DOES NOT RECOGNISE IT!!! I want my money back for the printer and the cartridge.
Most routers let you keep going until the toner is *really* empty. Eg. with HP you can take out a laser cartridge and tilt it left and right and get another few hundred pages. Not Brother. Sensor feels low so it STOPS PRINTING ALTOGETHER.
I will always use genuine Brother toner in future. It's false economy to buy cheap copies. They either don't work properly or seem to run out long before they should.
I bought a brother printer not long ago and haven’t even finished a packet of A4 paper and it already needs to be replaced. It’s supposed to print approx 2500 prints.
Generally I have had no problems with Bother printer and toners. However, I bought this toner in Oct 2020, and it has caused smudging over all my printing. I bought another printer thinking it was broken, but worked out it was just the black toner cartridge. Ordering another one, so hoping the next one doesn't have the same issue!
