Sourced predominately from our 1891 planting of Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has an alluring deep, vibrant crimson hue. Stately ripe mulberries and mulberry leaf with mint on the nose indicate a true iconic Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate well structured and seamless layers of black currant, menthol notes are followed by well rounded fine tannins and a chocolate and cedar finish. A fine wine that is drinking beautifully now and will cellar well for at least 10 years. Pair this full body Cabernet Sauvignon with a rich red meat inspired dish.
