I’m about to make use of this product for first time. I was disappointed to see this product does not make the 90 Litres it says it makes. Maybe it’s counting the 30 Litres of water it recommends to make it useful during the mix process. I filled 8x 8 Litre pots to see how much I get after it’s fully mixed. 64 Litres is what I’m seeing of actual product.

Amazing product for my tropical garden. Easy to mask up and crumble where I need it and then water to expand. Block is fairly light, so easy to move. Really saved my back and was way less effort to mulch almost all of my small garden. After a few weeks plants are looking really healthy.

This product is awesome. Does a large area. Easy to use and light to carry. Cheap compared to bags of mulch. Great alternative, especially for older people who love their gardens.
I used this mulch to cover cardboard I had laid over weeds in a garden bed. That was 4 years ago and the weeds have never come back. The cardboard obviously helped, but this mulch breaks down very slowly so any breakthrough weeds were further suppressed by this mulch. I have arthritis and live on a slope so regular bags of mulch are too heavy for me. These lightweight blocks are so easy to handle and carry - they are my go-to mulch for preparing garden beds. Note that Brunnings also make a garden soil which is a lot finer than their chunky mulch.
Being in lockdown I tried click and collect. So convenient and easy. Shame there’s limited products. The Coir is super compressed so expect to so it for a long time Quality product I mix with tea tree mulch.
Found this wonderful product when living in Wingham NSW. I have used it in every garden since. Soil types have been shale, white sand living on the coast and now red sand back in the country. It's so easy to use. I take it to where I want to mulch. Put it in the wheelbarrow add water wait for it to expand then put on garden bed. It looks amazing whilst feeding and mulching the garden bed. I usually top up every year covering areas where it has broken down turning my red sand into soil. The worms love it.
I bought this product to mulch some flower beds. Soaked the product in my wheelbarrow, wheeled it to the garden and applied. So easy to use, garden looks great. I will definitely be buying more in the future. It covered approximately 1.3m X 1.3m
Very convenient to store at home until you need it. My plants thrive. I like the way it looks on the garden beds.
I have previously purchased Coir blocks from Bunnings and it was a lot finer fibre.This time it was more like chunks of pine bark!
