Good pumps and push

This is a good preworkout. Todd pumps and you can feel the push of the caffeine. I would just advice if you are too sensitive to caffeine and Pre-workouts in general. To start taking just half scoop and check how do you feel cause the product is quite strong. For me one scoop works perfectly. It gave me enough energy for my routine.

Long time client!

My husband has literally been buying this since he was a teenager, so he is a long time fan. I have purchased so many other brands before and this one does not compete. It gives the quickest energy, its highly potent and super efficient. He is also obsessed with the grape flavour, he's a big fan.Only thing I will say is that the flushing can be super hardcore, so start on a lower dosage if you are new to this product!

Now, I know that what works for one person in

Now, I know that what works for one person in regards to one person can easily have no effect on others. But, for me this works. I take two scoops and it gives me a kick and pushes but tiredness from work so I can get my workout done properly. Mixes well. Taste is a bit synthetic but not unbearable. I use the purple power or red rush flavours. Cost effective product. My go to pre workout. Does make the face and ears tingle a bit but nothing like some I've tried. Mild tingle. No heavy crash afterwards.

Truth about product

I started taking this supp about 15 years ago. It works well. My only issue is studies show that caffeine shuts down any positive results you may get from creatine. It will also cause bad cramps, gas and some bathroom issues.The product itself is good. Great energy, great pumps (due to the N.O.) Just beware, caffeine and creatine should not be mixed

I had a mix up with my sample, I received watermelon flavor about a month ago, and have this green apple on the way. The watermelon tasted fine, I imagine the green apple to be just as good. This stuff pulls no punches. Start off at 1/2 a scoop first. I can't say anything about strength boosts, or observable physical effects, but that's not exactly the point of this stuff, and I'm just recently getting into strength training. It gives a huge boost of energy and focus for your workout. During the workout, nothing else enters your mind, and you don't have to force yourself to stay in the moment. There's almost zero crash, and you feel the focusing effects basically until bed time. So residual effects even help you in other activities later. This can also be used as a general energy drink/booster. I've used it in place of coffee in the morning even. From other reviews I've read, it sounds like BSN doesn't skimp on quality ingredients and each one has its purpose. Workout day and not really feeling up to it? Have a drink, you'll be ready and wanting to go in 15 min.

NOX has been my goto pre-workout drink for more than 10 years. the flavor is great with no weird side effects. You will definitely notice the difference in your workout. I recommend you take this at least 30 minutes before working out. Avoid taking this after 9pm as I found it tends to keep be awake (my personal experience). overall great product.
