We purchased for our newborn, great pram, lightweight to push and even steer with one hand, narrow and easy to get through small spaces. The wheels are smaller and you do notice the bumps on concrete or rumble strips on footpaths that can wake your sleeping baby. Good basket, extra bag that can be moved to different spots is really handy, especially to hang from the handle and use as a caddy. The full size bassinet is great with lots of breathability, we also purchased the Breezy sunshade as it comes with a built in mosquito net which is perfect. Our boy wanted to sit from 3 months, however he wasn’t big enough for the seat yet, I’m aware the seat has fully recline position for infants but it’s no good when they want to be sitting up and they are cracking it in the ... MoreWe purchased for our newborn, great pram, lightweight to push and even steer with one hand, narrow and easy to get through small spaces. There is only 3 positions for the seat too, fully recline, in between and fully upright. The in between position wasn’t supportive enough for his body, and the sides of the seat the fabric bends and moves it isn’t solid. We made the decision to buy another pram (Uppababy Vista V2 that we can’t fault) and are keeping the Dragonfly for a travel pram or to use when our baby is older and can sit upright. The Dragonfly folds down to practically nothing it is very compact, love that the bassinet folded, I could even put it in the back seat of a Hilux folded (baby seat was in the back so it fit on the spare two seats folded) We did receive many compliments on our Forrest Green colour Dragonfly, it is a beautiful color.

I’ve had this stroller for 4 months and I love how compact it is. It does not take up much room in my trunk. I also love the design of it. The basket size is also pretty large and holds a good amount of weight. I purchased it along with the bassinet. The bassinet looks very nice on the stroller, but it felt a little flimsy. We ended up returning the bassinet only because my daughter was not a fan of it. I like that bugaboo offers a 100 day risk free trial and a 4 year warranty. This stroller also came with the adapters for the Nuna RX car seat. If you are looking for a lightweight, slender stroller this is the stroller to purchase.i

We were deciding between the dragonfly and the fox5. I am so happy we chose the dragonfly!! We are frequently lifting it in/out of the car and going into stores, restaurants, etc. I love that it came with the car seat adapters as well (we use with our nuna). It is lightweight and compact for everyday use. It doesn't have the best suspension for dirt roads but I am not sure I would want to get our daily stroller dirty anyways. We will likely purchase a jogging stroller for those occasions. I love that it has the bassinet option and larger storage space than the butterfly. There is a small learning curve with the fold. Don't be discouraged- after a week or so we can collapse the stroller quickly with no issues. Overall very happy with this stroller and excited to use ... MoreWe were deciding between the dragonfly and the fox5. I am so happy we chose the dragonfly!! I bought the dragonfly because I didn't want to bother with having to remove the bassinet when folding it. I have a very compact car and limited space. The fold mechanism is a little tricky, some days I struggle, others it works perfectly as it should. As others have mentioned, the front wheels are horrible in autumn and winter, leaves, mud and stones get stuck. You're also not able to click them into a fixed position which presented me with the following issue: if the front wheels aren't straight when the brake is on and you are in a bus or subway, the pram will move to the side easily and might fall over.Another design issue I have are the two knobs on the handlebars. The pockets of my jackets often get caught when I move around the pram too closely (like when I need to adjust the canopy or stick my hand inside to adjust my baby's clothing). A few times I almost had the pram fall over because it got caught in my pockets. Also, unfortunately, the removable pouch will get very dirty when it rains or snows as your shoes will spray the dirt and water on it when walking. This is also not an all terrain stroller, it will be a rough ride for your newborn if the ground is not in perfect condition (it will feel every hole, stone and stick you drive over). That said, I love how it fits in my car, how much space it offers for groceries etc, materials feel sturdy and are easy to clean.I have yet to use the sport seat but it feels and looks very nice and save, recline is easy. If the ground is smooth, it will almost glide effortlessly over it, which feels very high quality to me. It's also not too heavy, and I (a small woman) can carry it easily up and down stairs when folded.I hope bugaboo will fix the known issues so we can enjoy this pram a lot more.
This is our second Bugaboo purchase, and oh man did it not disappoint! We welcomed our little one at the end of 2022 and were gifted the Butterfly travel stroller by our family, it has been great for our cross country visits to family members and friends. We hopped on Amazon to find a more robust version to use daily and found the Dragonfly! It fit all our criteria - must be able to fold easily and compactly, must have bigger wheels to be able to bring all over our old East Coast city, and have a spacious basket for wherever our day goes. I can cram the diaper bag, our mini cooler, a change of clothes, and whatever the favorite toys of the day are under there (and a mama knows those toy favorites change DAILY lol). It turns like a dream and the canopy dips nice and low to allow for naps, the recline feature is super easy to use too. Probably our favorite underrated feature - you can make the handle bars taller/shorter with a push of a button - great for tall parents who can never find a stroller tall enough! I'm almost 6' tall and my husband is 6'-4". Definitely recommend this stroller.
I have never written a review before but felt I should take the time, considering a pram is such an important and expensive purchase for a new mum!I chose this pram based on lots of friends recommendations on Bugaboo products, it fitting perfectly into my small fiat and the basinet folding down with it - so I was very excited to use it!Initially I loved it, it does push very smoothly and visually is very smart. However, sadly I have had continuous issues with this pram. Some of many:- The frame jammed and wouldn’t go down- One wheel got stuck- The seat had been sent to me after it had been recalled so needed replacing- The replacement seat doesn’t always click into place and throws my daughter back when she’s is in it which isn’t safe, currently waiting on the ... MoreI have never written a review before but felt I should take the time, considering a pram is such an important and expensive purchase for a new mum!I chose this pram based on lots of friends recommendations on Bugaboo products, it fitting perfectly into my small fiat and the basinet folding down with it - so I was very excited to use it!Initially I loved it, it does push very smoothly and visually is very smart. However, sadly I have had continuous issues with this pram. I have not been able to receive a refund or replacement of a new model as requested as I am really worried of any other issue that are going occur. I have felt some of the questions from the team have made me feel like I have been stupid and slightly patronising or doubted for the problems we have experienced. The basinet itself was fab and my daughter slept very well in it. She also likes the seat and the straps are very secure but as a mum I don’t feel comfortable putting her in it now from the issues we have experienced.
I would not recommend buying this model - the "new urban wheel design" is a total disaster. The design of the front wheels means that any little bit of street debris gets stuck between the wheel and the attachment causing it to be almost impossible to push.Having done much research we decided that with their reputation of being one of the top brands for pushchairs that the new model would be a solid purchase. Certainly far from being a cheap option but from the statements on their website "designed for everyday use in the city" it looked like it was going to be the perfect model for us who live in a city - (Glasgow)."maneuverability on urban terrains" - absolutely no manoeuvrability on urban terrain."all-new high performance urban wheels" - where are they high ... MoreI would not recommend buying this model - the "new urban wheel design" is a total disaster. This stroller has been the best purchase we made as first time parents. Let me start by saying I have only used this stroller with the bassinet and a Nuna car seat (my baby is 3 months old). The bassinet alone has paid for itself. My baby LOVED it. So much so that we used it as our nightly bassinet with the bugaboo stand. Seriously, she had constant wake-ups in our bedside bassinet, but would sleep 8 hour stretches in this one.Now to the stroller functionality. The fold is smooth- not as easy as the videos make it out to be at first, but once you practice a few times it’s smooth, one handed, and seamless. Ans the fact that the bassinet collapses with the stroller for ease of storage is a dream for any small car or living space. The stroller is so smooth! Ans the fact that the bassinet collapses with the stroller for ease of storage is a dream for any small car or living space. The stroller is so smooth! It can take on cobblestone, uneven pavement, you name it. The frame of the stroller is narrow enough to easily maneuver through doors and in and out of stores and restaurants. If you want a stroller that’s great for walking AND adventuring out in the city and even on public transit, this it it. The basket underneath the stroller isn’t huge but fits my diaper bag, or a few bags of groceries, plus I can stash my water bottle and a few other things in the smaller compartment.Things that are not so perfect: I wish the canopy was the same quality of our Nuna car seat. Even when extended, my daughter seems to get sun on her face. The car seat adaptors are also a little finicky to line up with the car seat. And I wish there was a way to release the car seat from the stroller without having to use both hands to push the buttons simultaneously. There’s other stroller systems that make this process flawless.Overall my husband and I love this stroller and wish we would have also gotten the butterfly as a travel stroller too. We are forever sold on the bugaboo brand as it’s proved it’s quality in just 3 months!
What an awesome, convenient stroller! I have three children under the age of 5, one being an infant. This stroller is a game changer. It is so easy to fold and unfold and my infant is so comfortable in it! With one hand I can fold it and just as easily unfold it. There is no fiddling with taking the seat on and off and it is compact enough to take up minimal room in my trunk, in comparison to other strollers. When we go on vacation in the winter, this will make my infants naps on the beach manageable as the canopy goes right over the seat. I love that my infant can either watch her sisters or face me, it is a great feature. Even better, I can clip my bassinet onto it. I have the desert taupe and it is a GORGEOUS colour.
