I chuck 5 grams of this stuff into my morning protein shake. Scientific studies have validated its three main beneficial properties. These are (1) increased strength, (2) increased water inside muscle fibres, and (3) increased cognitive faculties. This means that Creatine Monohydrate helps lifters push out an extra two or three reps per set, makes muscles appear fuller, and boosts one's brain-power. It couldn't get any more "Aussie As" than that. Oh, and it's dirt cheap too.

I found Creatine Monohydrate to be totally ineffective. It is supposed to be the most researched supplement, and it is supposed to offer lots of benefits in training.SADLY, this product is a DUD product.Bulk Nutrient's packaging of Creatine Monohydarate indicates that it is Australian owned. However the supplement itself is sourced from China. The sourcing of from China is not clear.MADE IN CHINA, PACKAGED in AUSTRALIA.

I have been considering using creatine for some time and thought I would try it following some research. The creatine itself has no taste and is easy to take with some water each day. My program is mainly cardio based so the creatine may have limited impact, however, I have recently started to lift some heavy weights, so I will be interested in seeing if it has any positive impact on my performance.

Creatine Monohydrate. Just that. Works. This is just creatine in hydrate form, a single H2O group bound to the creatine structure. Basically the same as produced endogenously in the liver, kidneys, and pancreas from precursor amino acids glycine and arginine. Upon consumption forms bonds with free phosphate to produce phosphocreatine. These are the little peeps you really want. During high intensity exercise, you have now provided further substrate to the creatine kinase reaction, giving you greater ability to synthesise adenosine triphosphate (ATP) from adenosine di phosphate (ADP (itself a by-product of ATP breakdown for muscle contraction). You should get that extra rep or two you've alway dreamed of. Or like Sally Gunnell, that olympic 400m hurdles medal. Just ... MoreCreatine Monohydrate. Just that. Works. Get's me a bit wet (does create a cellular osmotic requirement for storage).
I'm not a big fan of supplements, but I decided to give creatine a try after hearing so many people talk about how it's helped them with their workouts. I'm really glad I did! Creatine has definitely helped me to have more energy during my workouts and I've seen an improvement in my strength and endurance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a little extra boost during their workouts.
This product has been a subtle improvement for me in the gym. It wasn’t until I sat down to write this. I realised how much of an improvement I have made on my gains of strength and a number of reps I can complete. I can only put it down to creatine Monohydrate. I add it to my pre workout drink and it has no flavour so I don’t even notice Another great product. Thank you.
I was pleased to receive the creatine very promptly.(It doesn't have taste so it is silly to ask me to rate its taste. It mixes like any other creatine. You can't rate creatine effectiveness until quite a while after using & if it should be the same effectiveness as any other if it is the highest grade as described. Sadly, I saw another Australian made creatine for much less cost just after I purchased but am happy with my choice.)
Been working out for the last few years at home using calisthenics and dumbbells and doing a lot of long running. Had been using BN protein powder but somehow had not heard of creatine until recently. Despite friends telling me it was not worth taking unless I was power lifting in a gym or that it would have side effects (research has proven it has not) I decided to purchase this and after a 7 day loading phase I saw results very quickly. My rep count went up slightly but I had the strength to sustain much better form and much better reps. It also greatly improved recovery with soreness in the following days greatly reduced and basically non-existent. I will be ordering the 1kg bag when this 250g bag is finished. Highly recommended this product IF you have done your ... MoreBeen working out for the last few years at home using calisthenics and dumbbells and doing a lot of long running. My creatine only arrived today, but I've had two servings already (thought I'd load up for a week). I had it this morning with my oats and again this evening with a scoop of plant-based ice cream (I don't usually eat this but my dad bought it for me as a treat). I was concerned that this would affect my digestion as I already have some stomach issues, but it went down without any trouble at all. Couldn't taste it either. I've lost 7 kilos this year and have been trying to build my muscles back and increase my strength after years of inactivity due to an illness. I've built a good amount of muscle. In fact, I have more muscle now than I ever had before my illness, but I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau with my muscle growth and workout targets. I'm hoping this will help me cross that line and keep improving as I'm nowhere near the fitness level I hope to achieve. Looking forward to seeing some results over the next couple of months!!!
Creatine is the only supplement you'd ever need for building muscle and would be the one I'd choose if I could only have one. Its support in helping build muscle and strength is incredible. I've tried other companies for creatine but I've found Bulk's to be the finest which makes it super easy to dissolve. Would recommend it immensely for anyone looking for support during their fitness life.
