I sized up so I could wear bulkier sweaters beneath it, and it doesn't look too big when I wear it with a t-shirt or blouse. You do not get any Burberry packaging when ordering from Neiman Marcus online, which was disappointing. It came packaged in a large box with a plastic hanger wrapped in dry-cleaner plastic.

it is a great purchase! the sleeves were a little long for me, and I brought it to the store, and the store provided the alteration service for me for $75.

The coat has two sizes in the collar label, UK size and US size. They are different, i.e. UK 8 / US 6). Since the coat was made in UK, I assumed the size specified on NM is UK and so ordered a size 8. What I received was US size 8. I had to bring it to the store for an exchange (for an US 6).
