I absolutely LOVE this trench coat! NM was the only high-end department store that carried the Burberry Waterloo in black, so my decision was immediately made. It arrived shortly after I placed the order. I knew as soon as I tried it on that I had made the right decision. It is beautifully made and it feels wonderful.I especially like the loose fit, which can be worn open or belted. It is not too light or too heavy. I will be able to wear it almost all year long! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to purchase a quality trench coat that will last for years.

I like the trench, it’s warm and stylish. I gave 3 stars for the way it was delivered. The trench was folded in a very basic plastic bag, all wrinkled and not presentable. Presentation and service are important to me. At first, I wanted to return it immediately, then my husband asked me to try it on. We both liked it.It fits me perfectly.
