I would give zero stars if I could. The advertisement shows the original version with the rounded cap. This got me! I bought 2 because I couldn't find it anywhere. Only to have whatever version I've been finding at other stores delivered. It isn't the one in the picture. Nor does it smell like the original. Oh and it is NOT REFUNDABLE!!!!! So very disappointed

This was the first fragrance I ever owned, as a gift from my mother when I was just about finishing highschool and man did it change me. At first it may require a bit of owning up to it and being confident but once that is down the compliments just roll in. It's a great all-rounder, jack of all trades, master of none if you will. Ive worn it to bars with girls and it's worked great, I've worn it to school and work and it's been fine also. If you're looking to wear this to work, depending on the seriousness of the job and etc you may want to look for something less fruity and sweet as this can smell a little playful and inviting as far as physical space goes, but that's up to you. This is one of those 90s gems that deserves a comeback. It's a journey. Wet, it's smells like a rainy English day, with green notes and a crispness. Then, it dries down into this warm, creamy scent, like you've gone into your favourite place to curl up out of the weather. It lasts a good 4-5 hours just on skin, longer on clothes, and it has a moderate throw -- if you put it on before leaving the house, it'll dry down to the creamy, amber notes that stay close to the skin by the time you get to your destination. This, to me, is an English gentleman's scent, and deserves much more attention than it gets.

A fresh and energetic fragrance with top notes of bergamot, lavender, fresh mint and thyme Heart notes of moss, geranium and sandalwood. I ordered this on December 7, 2021 as a gift for someone and just received it in the mail today (almost 2 months later)... The initial spray is soft, clean, and very light and surprisingly th scents was stronger after about 5 minutes. Therefore I wouldn't over spray. Definitely a fragrance for those cool fall/winter evenings. I may be end up passing this along to someone else.

This is a man's cologne that I picked up at my local Burlington for $36. The scent was very nice. It was not a harsh manly scent. The cologne mixed well with one of my sweet perfumes. It wore well for about 5 hours and left a very soft smell. I do not wear this often, usually on the weekend. I feel It can be used by men and women. I recommend this.

English Royalty

This is the scent of royalty. Distinguished, sharp fragrance with a "barber shop" base of cleanliness and freshness. It does not disappoint. Not really for warm Summer months. However, you could wear it in the evening year round. It does project quite noticeably, so just a touch will do for the office or around sensitive noses. Women will adore the gentleman who wears this scent. You have joined the English gentry when you are lucky enough to have selected to wear this winning Eau de Toilette.

I bought this product as one of the gifts for my husband for our 20th anniversary. He wore it lot after we graduated and we're first married but after kids you start to cut out the things that cost more than you should spend when you have others depending on you. So finding this site and getting such an amazing fragrance at a huge discount was a blessing! He loves the gift and was so surprised. And when I smell Burberry (classic) on him it reminds me of our 20 year selves starting our lives together.

Bought this after sampling it at Macy's. Its a has some vanilla undertones and it expands with heat very well, although I feel you can wear it all year-round. It's last 8-9 hours and it projects about arm length. Its not offensive. Its sophisticated, mature, and screams class in my opinion. A 19 year old is not gonna bug you about what fragrance your wearing or where you bought it, but it's appealing. I use it for the office because it's not offensive and it shows taste. It exudes class in my opinion without saying.. "I'm trying to be sexy, please smell me!". I wouldn't recommend as a date scent, but you'll smell great.
