I've received my bura persona chair today, and this morning spent 30 mins assembling which was straight forward needing no extra tools than the two allen keys provided, the chair is well made, easily adjustable and comfortable, I have been sat around six hours in the chair this afternoon and evening and like how you can fully adjust the seating to the most ergonomic comfortable position for using my computer,the chair is quite heavy to lift but rolls well on the casters,overall I'm quite pleased with my new purchase

I've had my Buro Persona chair for six years; I use the computer a lot and have always found the chair very comfortable, long-lasting and easy to adjust

It would be my recommendation under no circumstances to buy this chair. The lift in mine broke after 2 weeks. Customer support was horrific - you would think that for the cost of the chair and the delivery charges on top after such a short time they would be doing anything to have it fixed or replaced but not so. It will take 10 days and after their review they might refund it. If another product stopped working it would be returned a refunded straight away. I work from home so not sure what I’m meant to do - stay clear of this chair and the staff as well! Terrible
