Good shampoo wash with calming and relaxing qualities and effects. Better value for the money than other products. Can be used as a shampoo and body wash with the same effects. The product is gentle to the skin and it will not produce rashes. Good aromatic product.

I wanted to try this for my granddaughter who is 1 year old. She recently moved in with me and I only want to use more natural, good quality products for her. I like the ingredients pretty well, although there does seem to be quite a lot of additives which is slightly concerning. The wash itself is nice and foamy and does a great job of cleansing and leaving her skin soft. However, I am not crazy about the stronger scent. I have been using Burt’s Bees products for years since my 5-year-old daughter was born but I had never tried this up until now. The wash comes in a flip top bottle and there’s 12 fl oz. The scent is very natural and truly does help to calm before bed. I have used the wash under running water to make a bubble bath and I have used it on a loofa. They both work well washing her up. It also works well as a shampoo. After bath time she usually falls right asleep. I’m guessing it’s due to the lavender. The one thing I would improve is the consistency, it’s a bit too “liquidity” I think it should be a little thicker but overall, a great shampoo & wash.
I received the Burt’s Bees Shampoo & Wash Original for my 5-year-old daughter. We’ve been using Burt’s Bees products since she was a baby. I like that this product can be used for both the hair and body. It’s has a mild, light scent. It is gentle enough to use everyday for bath time without her skin reacting. I like that it’s made from all natural ingredients and is tear free. It’s pediatrician tested and made without phthalates, parabens, petrolatum, or SLS. Overall, this is a really nice body and hair wash especially if you or your child has sensitive skin. I would recommend.
I started using Burt’s bees shampoo and body wash for my baby since the time she was born. My baby got severe acne on her face, neck and chest. At first, I thought it’s the acne that’s very common in babies. When it was showing no signs of improvement, I switched to another brand and it started getting better. I’ll not recommend using their body wash to other babies.
This is the only baby shampoo for my kiddos. It's perfect for their super sensitive skin. We love Burt's Bees! While I'm usually not someone who gets caught up in a certain brand or label, Burts Bees just has excellent products across the board. The ingredients are safe for them. The smell of this lavender shampoo/wash is amazing, & the pump is convenient for single handed use. Cleans well, & a little bit goes a long way. As an added bonus, I get to support an American company. There's nothing I would change about this product.
Smells good but I’ve purchased this 3 times because I really want to love it and love the smell and using it on my babies, but every single time I purchase it the pump breaks shortly after starting to use it. Then the little pump pops off and ends up in one of my babies mouths, lost in/out of the tub, or I just end up taking out the pump completely and just dumping some in my hand. I just purchased a new one and as I was trying to get it to start pumping, the top busted right away. Now I have this huge bottle with no pump. Annoying! I won’t repurchase now because of this inconvenience and how hard it is to use with the janky pump.

As a shampoo it lathers up nicely and rinses clear, but I definitely needed a conditioner after using this because it cleans really well. (My hair is naturally very dry.) With conditioner and a leave-in cream following a shampoo, it worked nicely. My hair felt like it had a bit more lift and bounce. I'm not sure if it's the shampoo doing a really good cleaning job, or if it's the good cleaning job followed by conditioner and a leave-in detangler, but I'll take the happy result. Burt’s Bees Baby Bee Shampoo & Wash is amazing! It’s such a lovely soap for my baby’s daily bath time before bed. I love the natural ingredients. It smells light and so good. It hydrates my baby’s skin very well and leaves it feeling so soft. Even with daily use, and sometimes multiple times a day, this baby shampoo & Wash doesn’t irritate or dry out my baby’s skin. I love it! If you have not tried it you should definitely give it a try for your little one! I definitely recommend it!
