I'm very allergic to more than 50 medications & all herbs & spices. I've used the daily moisturizer sensitive with cotton extract for so many years its the only moisturizer I've not been allergic to! The new 1 gave me bad reactions: Aloe Vera gave me clogged my pores/ acne made my skin greasy/oily then later felt dried out. The chamomile made my skin bright red/burning feeling hurt & itchy lasting for a few hours after washing it off & it smells disgusting. I called customer service got refund but no other suggestions. Now they've stopped making it what do I do?! Please help!

I'm not experiencing an allergic reaction to this new formulation as others have reported, but I'm disappointed in the new formulation. It's definitely not as nice as it was, I've been using the old product for years and years and loved it. This new formula is a bit sticky and it gets flaky or peely on your face. It's okay, and I have a few bottles so I'll use them but I will most likely try other products as a replacement to the older formula. Such a shame, why do mfgs do this? They could add a new product line, instead of changing a long time product that has great sales. Ugghhhh... The marketing people are listening to young people without the experience...

I put one of these next to every sink so I can use them after I wash my hands. My hands get very dry and will quickly crack and produce hangnails if I don't use some kind of lotion regularly. The lotion formula does moisturize my hands, but it is a bit watery. It seems the first squirts out of the can are more watery than the last, so maybe just need to shake them before use? I'll give that a shot. The size and and pump action on this little can is very convenient and you can use them quickly if you don't want to fuss around with a more traditional lotion bottle or tube. I do worry about waste, both of the lotion product itself and the can that it comes in. I love this stuff! I was looking for something pregnancy-safe, with no vitamin A/retinol derivatives or oils that aren’t supposed to be used while pregnant. The ingredients in this are totally safe. It’s fragrance-free and non irritating, which is perfect for my sensitive, eczema-prone skin. Not oily or greasy at all the whole day! A little goes a long way and I can moisturize my whole face with two pumps. My only complaint is the bottle/dispenser, because it often shoots out too forcefully and ends up on the floor.
I missed the old formula! I been using it for almost 4 years and after noticing that it wasn’t on stores shelves anymore, I started to freak out! This is the only lotion I use for my face. It’s apart of my skincare routine. It has helped me so much, it made my face glow, stay moisturize & even soft. And yes I did give the new formula a chance but it literally BURNED my face!!!! it felt like I had a sunburn on my face!!! I loved the old formula. It was such a light texture that allowed my skin to breathe. It got rid of the redness and oilyness of my eczema/rosacea/acne prone skin. My skin never looked so clear. The new formula, with the cotton removed, does not give the same results though. It's also now a horrible, thick, greasy, suffocating texture. As someone with extremely sensitive skin, it's devastating to have to try new products and brands now.
I didn't want to believe all of the recent reviews that said the new formula for this moisturizer was bad, but unfortunately they are right. I loved this face lotion when I bought it a few years ago, the formula with cotton was the only lotion I had ever found that actually made my skin feel moisturized and didn't leave a greasy residue. This new formula is terrible. I put it on a few minutes ago, and my skin is still burning slightly. I can feel it on my skin, it feels sticky and greasy. I am absolutely crushed. I loved the original formula. Why would they change it? I wish they would bring the old formula back. This has absolutely damaged my view of the Burt's Bees brand, and now I will have to go searching for a new face lotion :(
I love this product. Lightweight, great for acne-prone skin, and no smell. I don’t particularly have sensitive skin, but the gentleness on my skin makes my complexion beautiful. I realized this when I had used another moisturizer for a month or so, and i began breaking out horribly. I repurchased this and my skin is thanking me already. The ONLY complaint is the glycerin in it. The rest are all ingredients that are familiar :) 10/10
