The smell of these lip balms are quite nice and they melt right into the lips. I can feel the hydration benefits. They are 100% natural which is a good plus! However I find the packaging annoying due to the fact you have to apply it with your finger, there’s no applicator. When first applied, it can feel slightly gritty on the lips. But it does offer a nice wash of colour and keeps your lips soft!

Today I purchased Burts Bees Squeezy tinted balm, I love trying new products and here are my thoughts. The packaging says it delivers a hydrating hint of color while bursting with flavor. I agree that it most definitely hydrates the lips, love that!. It doesn’t overpower with color which I like. I also found that a little goes a long way. AMAZING for lips PERFECT for kiss

Consistency of oil, not balm; Mandarin Granita=red

I got my Mandarin Granita today, Sept 10, 2020, bought it to try one and see what these were like. I don't know if the formulation has changed in different batches, but this color is a freshly oxygenated red blood color (very close match to color of Rose, not Red Dahlia which has more purple in it, tinted lip balm sticks I have), not the brown-orange it appeared online--adjust your thinking about the colors accordingly. It does have tiny pieces of shimmer in it if one looks very closely; this gives it a slight shiny sheen from farther away. The color intensity when placed on thinner is similar to what one might get from the tinted lip balms. Since balms, being solid, are far less prone to bleeding, I am going to stick with those. I'll probably end up using it more as a blusher on my cheekbones where I'll spread it thinner and bleeding/feathering won't matter. Not a bad product per se, but not for me, as my ridge-less, frequently dry lips require thicker products. Since this is a thinner oil, I suspect it wouldn't be as good a moisturizer as the balms are, either, as it would likely require frequent reapplication, I suspect. As a point of comparison, this formula is far thinner/lesser viscosity than their liquid lipsticks, again, an oil. I just started using this tube, so the flavor/scent may get more intense as I go farther in, but I got only a very light flavor, vaguely fruit.

Drying lip gloss

I do not care for this lip gloss. It is very drying on my lips. I have tried two different tubes of it and am discarding it. I have used the lip shine tube for years and it is wonderful. It is one of few products that don't dry my lips out. I recommend trying their lip shine instead of this. The tube for the squeezy tinted lip balm is also annoying. It doesn't have an applicator like their lip shine where a small amount of product comes out onto a flat area so you can apply it directly to your lips. With the squeezy tinted lip balm you have to squeeze it onto your finger then apply it. Annoying. I do not recommend this product unless you don't have issues with dry lips and don't mind applying the product with your finger. Try the lip shine instead!!!

Simple and lovely!

I bought this quite a while ago, I love it. I use it mostly on my cheeks even though it is a lip balm. I can't find it in any stores near me so I will buy online and stock up. The color is a perfect tint of red for someone who does NOT wear red lipstick. It is a bit oily but just squeeze the tube a few times to mix it prior to opening. As far as using your finger to apply, it does not stain and comes off clean. Better than any lipstick or other lip balm.

I bought this thinking it would be a nice touch of color on my lips while also being hydrating. I bought 2 of the shades and one of them spit out a bunch of oil when i opened it and then a bunch of clumps of pigment. I had to try to manually mix it together. The packaging isn’t the greatest either. I don’t like that I have to squeeze the product onto my finger to apply. I guess I could buy my own applicator but who wants to do that? The product should already come with one so people don’t have to wash their hands after every application, it wouldn’t be a big deal if the product lasted all day but it lasts on the lips for less than an hour and you have to reapply. Tinted lip balm, nice product but hate packaging

Product itself is nice. Color is subtle, product feels good on lips. Doesn’t last that long on lips so you need to reapply more frequently. All that is not an issue, but packaging isn’t good. You need to take a cap off so they could have found a better squeeze-type application. Then, you squeeze it and get a blob on your lips that you need to smear around, then your finger needs to be wiped off. It’s a good product but I won’t buy it again.

Will NOT purchase again!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!! This was the first Squeezy Tinted Balm I have purchased and I expected the same product superiority that other BB products provide. I really like the tinted color and the light sheen, but who wants to use their finger to apply lip balm?? When I opened the tube, I thought I accidentally purchased a hand lotion. For the price I am paying I expected it to have an applicator that can be applied straight to the lips. This applicator is so inferior to even cheaply made lip products. Then I came to the website and have read multiple reviews that have been posted over a period of years complaining about the same issue that I just voiced.
