Exactly what I was looking for. Fit is true to size. I'm 5'11'', 195 lbs - the Large fits perfectly. The Burton team fit is roomy enough to not feel any restrictions while riding, but not too baggy. These are my first bibs, and I'm so glad I made the leap from traditional pants. Way more comfortable around the waist. Especially when you've got several layers on and you're bending over to strap in all the time.

I originally bought the Reserve bib but it was too baggy so I returned it and got the Cyclic bib and I like the athletic fit much better. They also kept me dry during three unusually warm days in Park City sitting and kneeling in wet snow. Glad for the inner thigh zips to keep me from overheating. I bought the short length which was perfect for me (5'7"). I just wish they had these in more colors.

5’9 165 lbs and the small fit me perfectly! Great bib, looks even better when you have a Burton AK jacket to match.Would definitely recommend if you’re sitting on the fence. It’s pricey but you’re paying for a quality product that is backed by Burton’s lifetime warranty on the AK line.

Great bibs that are perfect for any situation. Light and breathable and warm enough with an extra layer underneath. Vented for warmer days and ride high so you never get paw down your pants again!
Love the look and fit of the pants. They are very warm and comfortable. However, the waterproofing on these is suspect at best... I have washed (with nikwax cleaner), dried with nikwax Gore-tex refreshing spray, and they still soak up water immediately. I have a pair of Arcteryx that bead water off in all conditions, but wanted to try some bibs and assumed BURTON AK would be just as good or better... I was dead wrong,
Got these in January. This is not my first pair of Burton AK GORTEX pants/bin. My previous ones last me 13 years. Took these out for the second time and absolute failure of a zipper they put on the crotch vent. Most pants rock 2 but this is one zipper that runs from mid thigh all the way around to the other side. No big deal right? We who picked the worlds smallest zipper!?!? Seriously the quality of the zipper is absolute snit if you open them good luck closing them. The previous version of these pants had heavy duty zipper probably would hold up for another 15 years. I get it crotch vents are a pain to close if you open them but what if you don't open them and your going 30 down a run and make the basic of basic carves. Zipper should hold up right? Nope maybe my ... MoreGot these in January. This is not my first pair of Burton AK GORTEX pants/bin. My previous ones last me 13 years. Nope maybe my 4th turn on my second trip down the mountain I spent too dollar on these because I thought this was what I previously had... Nope jacket is awesome though I would recommend it to anyone this bib absolutely not. Fail Burton fail. If your crotch runs hot and need a constant cool down these are your pants the mesh is fine so you won't get much snow up there just the constant artic blast through the 22 inch vent. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
Best bibs I've ever owned. Plenty of pocket space and a great fit. I'm 200lbs, 6'2" and the larges are perfect. Waterproof and very warm. 10/10.
So first of all the one thing to get out of the way is the negative. These things fit well, too well so if you're like me and wear crash shorts underneath, it can get pretty tight but it does stretch somewhat so it's not a huge problem. This is well worth the price tag and will make you want to go back for runs over and over again because they're so comfortable and keep you dry. I got mine in purple which looks amazing in person
I bought these bibs in black and liked them so much I also bought them in the Kelp colorway too. These bibs have a lot of nice features such as good pocket placement and storage options. #sweepstakes
My butt has never felt better than with these cortex bibs. They are largish but thats what you want for freedom to articulate when 'binding in' and 'sending it'.I never felt sweaty or humid wit the gortex breathing out my stank. The pockets are perfect, too, with two on the chest good for gloves, glasses, batteries and phone, two on the waste and a thigh pocket perfect for cards & cash. The only issue was with the shoulder strap chafing my neck, but that was fixed with wearing a shirt with a small collar.I'll probably buy the AK shell to go along with the bibs, #returncustomer
