This almond meal is the best by far. I use it a lot in cooking because being unable to eat gluten it’s a wonderful alternative. Cakes have a beautiful, smooth texture. Highly recommend.

The price is very reasonable. However, the product is almond meal, not almond flour. That is, its texture is coarser than what I expected from a flour. The seller must have used only the word "almond meal" in their description, instead of the confusing use of both "meal" and "flour" in their advertisement.

I often use ground almonds, hazelnuts, blueberries and cranberries i my baking and buy large packtes from 'Nuts about Life' because their products are fresh and affordable. I also buy ground spices from "NAL" and found their quality to be superior to store bought versions.

I havent used it yet as I only bake once a week. It looks goodd but I felt the postage was high.Also I would like to see a choice of almond flour.... ie eithe blanched or with the skin on.
