I cannot hold my body upright and therefore rely on a walking aid. I have been using a three wheel type, the sort I see commonly used. What I am most pleased with about my ultra lightweight is that I can rest my hands comfortably on the handlebars and it allows me to walk into the rollator, which hadn’t been possible with my old one. I’m standing tall now and positively striding out, instead of being learnt over! It really makes me feel much better about coping with my disability. The customer service on purchasing was second to none. Delivery was superb. As previous reviewers have noted, I wish the bag and backrest were cheaper, but apart from that I am very happy with my purchase, thank you.

I bought this Acre because of my balance and stamina problems. This wonderfully designed, light yet strong rollator is definitely going to change my life. I can be free to explore new places on holiday and travelling will be so much easier too. The seat is comfortable and sturdy. I bought the wide rollator and if I’m going through a narrow door it’s very easy to just semi-collapse it, wheel it through, and then pop it back into fully assembled state. So light to lift up steps too. Very stylish and sports car like in appearance, which I love! Recommended. Very helpful, efficient, and informative service over the phone.

Great piece of kit BUT but the seat could be wider

Great green colour.Main disappointment is that even though I bought the comfort version I think it has a very narrow seat- across from side to side (- and I am not really that large across my backside.) I doubt it would suit a big person. Not sure it would be suitable for a long sit. My son had to drive 4 hours to come to fit it for me. When in situ it also makes the seat a much tighter and smaller fit in depth.- see comments aboveThe little purse that comes with it is nice but the other accessories are great design but severely overpriced and I think the shopping net would be totally useless. But these items are not a necessity and don't detract from the more positive aspects already mentioned.Great customer service

I had to have one!
22 September 2022

I saw a lady recently, in the cafeteria of a store, and she had one of these rollators.I couldn’t take my eyes off it!It looked so neat and streamlined.I met her later and just had to say how much I admired it.She thought highly of it but warned me it was pricey and so it is. But, when I got home, I looked it up online, thought about it for some time and then decided it was just what I needed as my other one is rather bulky and heavy to transport.I ordered it and within a day or two it arrived, very well packaged, and by a very polite and friendly delivery man.I am delighted with it despite being a little concerned at first with the front left wheel seemingly having a mind of its own!I have only used it indoors but it seems to have got used to me and I hope it ...Ā MoreI saw a lady recently, in the cafeteria of a store, and she had one of these rollators.I couldn’t take my eyes off it!It looked so neat and streamlined.I met her later and just had to say how much I admired it.She thought highly of it but warned me it was pricey and so it is. Indeed, I enjoy looking at it!I don’t want to clutter it up with accessories but, for safety sake, I am going to buy the back rest - or my husband is!Everybody who sees it says, ā€œWow!ā€- very impressed!

I purchased an Ultralight Rollator
10 April 2023

The Ultralight arrived the next working day in a very strong cardboard container so it could easily be returned if necessary. The design of the Rollator frame makes it look really smart and different. You dont have to have strawberry red, but I like it! The height adjustment of handles is easy. The Rollator can be put into the closed position by pulling the flexible seat upwards. Very easy to do. Being a fairly big person I have purchased the wide frame size but still allows me enough room to go through doorsways. A big advantage is there are no wheel nuts to take the paint off and leave a groove in door frames. It only took a little while to stand and walk with a straighter back - which is achieved by standing//walking in the middle of the frame and not at the ...Ā MoreThe Ultralight arrived the next working day in a very strong cardboard container so it could easily be returned if necessary. The design of the Rollator frame makes it look really smart and different. If you need two crutches, fit them on left and right sides of frame

Light as a Feather
11 May 2023

This has got to be the best rollator on the market. The carbon fibre makes it strong, flexible, but most of all very light. My last rollator was heavy and bulky, an absolute nightmare getting it in and out of the car. The Ultralight is so easy to load and unload from anywhere. It folds easy, the height adjusted handles have no fiddly pins or line up button stops, just easy triggers to move the height up and down. Extends to a good height, doesn't make me stoop. The breaking system is good and can be adjusted easily. Bonus bag that attaches to the seats is really useful

Modern and practical
5 March 2023

I had amazing service from assist mobility, extremely quick delivery and they confirmed my address (new area). The rollator itself is a beautiful design, I am younger so I wanted a more stylish looking one that also looks great in the home. The handles are comfortable and I don’t get wrist pain from using, the seat is very comfortable (you can buy a back rest if needed), it is extremely light weight but not enough so that it’s unstable, the breaks have a lock on which isn’t hard to push down or lift up and it has a squeeze option. This gives support and helps you to get around more comfortable and less unstable as it’s perfect for support when walking so no wobbling with your arms out from stiff joints as you have something stable to hold onto that also takes some ...Ā MoreI had amazing service from assist mobility, extremely quick delivery and they confirmed my address (new area). It’s the best rollator and extremely helpful for those with mobility issues, joint issues and that can’t stand for too long. Thank you!

My adventure with the Acre Walker
7 October 2022

I like it tremendously - particularly its (lack of) weight and handles - I was originally a big fan of Topro, but over time found the weight too much for me and despite my efforts my posture deteriorated. The Acre, with its handles pointing forwards, is more helpful in maintaining an upright posture. It is also a dream of a design- if one needs assisted walking, this is a rather elegant compromise, and I greatly appreciate that. I find the shopping bag impossible to fit, sadly as the stretchy bit the you put the toggle through is extremely short and you need a very firm grip to get the toggle through . The cane holder works well, the two extra little carrier type bags are very useful and the free smaller bag’s design is perfect for me. It is my first week of using ...Ā MoreI like it tremendously - particularly its (lack of) weight and handles - I was originally a big fan of Topro, but over time found the weight too much for me and despite my efforts my posture deteriorated. Worth every Penny - 21st Century Rollator

Being pre op for a knee replacement, my ability to walk for any length of time has become less and less, to the point of becoming very anxious about how far I can walk and if I can return to the car/home. I feel confident with my posture and walking ability almost straight away..I think my daily step count from double figures to 8-11k over the last few days is proof in the pudding!!I love the weight, how it folds but especially how stylish it is...well I am 60+ years young! If I have a little winge it would be how easy the paint/coating scuffs and scratches easily but a bit of colour match T-Cut sorted that. Also well worth having to carry bag to store and travel with.Thank you Byacre for making me mobile and able to walk confidently again and thank you Assist Mobility for being our UK stockist and for your professional customer care.
