I was happy to receive this product to review. I received this today and was excited to try based on the description online. The first thing I smelt was alcohol or turpentine then it mellows out and its a very Masculine scent, like a workshop or garage with a background of amber. It actually reminds me of how my dad smelt coming home from work when I was little. Don't think it's something I'd purchase because it's not something I would want on me or my partner all day

I really really love this scent! I’m a big fan of sweet scents with a warm base, and that’s exactly what this perfume is. It’s top scents are Bergamot and Lemon, with Base notes of Amber, Sandalwood and Tobacco Leaves. The scent is long-lasting, and I found I was getting compliments on it in the afternoon, having applied in the morning!!

I got a sample of this perfume and here’s my review BYREDO’s Animalique is my kind of scent. First, there’s this fresh kick from lemon and bergamot – like a burst of energy. Then, it gets all cozy with mimosa and violet, a bit flowery but not too much. What I really like is the twist at the end – suede, amber, and tobacco leaf. It’s like a wild, warm hug. Why do I like it? Well, it sticks around. I sprayed it in the morning, and I could still catch hints of it later in the day. Plus, it fits any day. Whether I’m doing regular stuff or going somewhere special, Animalique just works. I smells amazing and I got compliments when I wear it and my husband loved it I will definitely add this perfume to my collection

I love perfumes and I am always on the hunt for something different. A lot of designers are releasing very generic/safe perfumes but this is so different. I’ll admit on spraying it smelt very sharp and I wasn’t a fan, but once it had dried down it smells so good. It’s very strong so you don’t need to overspray. On first spray my husband didn’t like this on me at all but later on in the day when he came home from work he kept asking me what I had on and was shocked when I told him it was the same perfume. I don’t know if I’ll be rushing to buy the full size as it is pricey but if you’re looking for something different and don’t mind paying more for it I would definitely recommend. I didn’t know I was a fan of suede as a perfume note but after smelling this I 100% am.

A lovely perfume but it’s just a bit more intense for me. I normally go for more light fruity scents where as this is more or a rich evening scent. It has a lovely blend of notes that feel sophisticated and finless. A gorgoues perfume for someone who love trying out new scents. I received for testing through Influenster

This week I have been trying a sample of Animalique eau de parfum, and this is my review. When I first sprayed it all I could smell was lemon, it was very overpowering and it didn't settle down for about 15 minutes. I looked it some other reviews online and no one mentioned the lemon, so I'm guessing the formula was just doing weird things on my skin. I gave my sister a squirt of the sample too, on her it smelt much nicer. There was a much lighter scent of citron when she first applied it, but there were also vanilla and caramel notes, it smelt amazing. On both of us the perfume lasted all day, even after showering I could still smell it on me infact. If you are thinking of buying it, try a sample first!

Stunning Suede

This fragrance is absolutely stunning. It starts as a fresh aquatic floral, but quickly turns into a musky and leathery scent. Its scent is reminiscent of suede shoes, leather handbags and pure opulence. It’s a feminine leaning leather scent, that has a similar vibe to Tom Ford White Suede.

I purchased SUNDAZED by Byredo and received this as a sample. OMG is all i have to say. 100% will be purchasing the full-size perfume. I don't normally buy into "this is for summer..this is for winter..." however, i do w/this scent. It is slightly similar to YSL Black Opium, which makes me think of Fall/Winter, not a hot July day! I apologize for not being able to put into words what this scent is like, but all i can say is if you lean towards sexy/spicy/leathery-type scents, then this is for you! It is really very very unique-in the best way possible:)

very unusual, very different take from Byredo

This perfume is super leathery! Reminds me of tuscan leather, and ombre leather by tom ford, but with more floral. Leather notes do not suit my skin so i wasn't a fan but i rated highly because this was such an interesting and unusual thing from byredo. If you are someone that prefers the safe scents of bal d'afrique, gypsy water or mojave ghost i would be surprised if you enjoyed this. This is a LOUD perfume (by byredo standards), it hasn't got that overly minimalistic feel that byredo seems to usually have. If you love a deep leathery scent, then this is an absolute must to try. Sillage isn't crazy strong, but i find most byredo fragrances don't have strong sillage.
